A Leaf.

Only thing that is constant in life is change. People change. You change. And that's how the world change.

A Leaf.

A leaf on a tree, abstractly hanging.

Her cries echoing.

Pondering and observing

Leaves the leaf adhered.

Then, there a wind passed by,

Leaf on the tree was still stood by.

No tear,Nothing beared, she was

Just hanging still there

It was end of fall

All others already fell(leaves).

As she was young

Hard was her downfall.

A wind came again,

He stopped by the leaf

Observed and asked

Why all this melancholy.

Leaf burst out,

Crying she said,

All of my friends left me

in this fall, some months ago.

I am alone, but still

don't wanna go.

They left me saying,

"I am immature!"

With that they left something

A wound, No cure.

Wind lended his ears to her

wanting to find a cure.

Asked the leaf-

"Do you wanna run?"

But even if you want to

the tree won't let you go.

Oh dear! What do you do?

A concern in his voice.

Said more leaves will come

More leaves will go.

You can't stop it

You can't reverse it

that's just life.

Only change is constant.

Forget those who

caused you pain

As they were just a part

of your constant change.

Wait for the new leaves

make friends again

But don't cry

If they fall again.

Find the leaf who

knows your worth.

Not a leaf who'll leave you

in this depressive dirt.

A mistake, you made

Learn from it at your own pace

Nobody comes with you,

Nobody goes with you.

They're just like me

They'll pass by

You won't notice too.

A faded memory remains

Of leaves you meet.

So make friends again

But don't create this melancholy!

As I won't come again.

Leaf, her ears

were enlightened

Grateful she was to

wind, as he elapsed.
