A BUTTERFLY

POEM

Butterflies of delicate beauty,

Glide through the air with ease,

Gently fluttering their wings,

Bringing joy and peace.

Their colors are so vivid,

From purple to blue and yellow,

From orange to green and red,

A sight so beautiful, a heavenly swell.

They spread their wings wide,

With joy and grace they fly,

Their beauty, a sight to behold,

As they whirl and twirl in the sky.

A reminder of all that is lovely,

A symbol of hope, life and love,

A reminder of beauty that exists,

In the sky, above and below.

Oh, how they captivate us,

With their gentle movements,

Their fluttering wings,

Bringing us into a trance.

As they soar in the sky,

In the wind they do ride,

It’s a sight so magical,

The beauty of a butterfly.

A reminder of life’s fragility,

A reminder of our mortality,

But also of our strength,

That we can fly and be free.

Butterflies are such a delight,

Their beauty so unique,

A sight that cannot be matched,

It’s beauty we must seek.

They teach us to be brave,

To take risks and fly,

To be courageous,

And never be shy.

Let us be inspired,

By the beauty of the butterfly,

Let us soar with them,

In the sky so high.

Let us be strong,

Let us take flight,

Let us be brave,

And be alive.
