New Year, New You.
Every year
Everyone makes resolutions of some kind.
Many do the traditional goals:
Loose weight
Get healthy
Drink x amount of water daily
Self improvement of some kind
Some choose words to lead their life for the year:
Peace
Kindness
Declutter
Boundaries, etc.
Many choose not to make resolutions for the new year
In and of itself is a resolution
A resolution to at least keep on par to the year before
A resolution to not make a specific goal
But to take it day by day
Choosing a new goal each day of what to get accomplished that day.
In the end, the goal is the same
Improve on your life each year
Each month
Each week
Each day
Each hour, minute second
Make 2020 the best it can be
