Your Power Lies Within Your Individuality

In a world that has a main agenda to manipulate us all into wanting to look, act and think the exact same way, it is vital that I stress the fact that the reason for this agenda is solely because our personal power comes from our own unique individuality. And they know this. Your power is stripped from you the moment you decide to suppress who you truly are out of fear of what the rest of the world might think. Your power is stripped from you the moment you start to pretend to be something that you are not just so that you can fit in. When in reality, the momentary ego satisfactory that comes from fitting in, is nothing compared to the soul gratification that comes from being your true authentic self.

Insecurity comes from either being or trying to be someone you are not. Because when you are your true self, you know that you are perfect and whole. Constantly expressing your individuality through all outlets brings about the most thorough sense of peace, harmony, and serenity within the mind, body and soul. It is only when we are obsessed with appearing a certain way to the rest of the world, that we become insecure because we are struggling to uphold an image that is not ours and deep down, we know that it is not. Why not instead just simply be? Because how can you be insecure when you know who you are and you know that how you view yourself is the only view that matters. Our relationship with ourselves is the most important relationship we will ever have in this life but we live in a world that forces you to think that everything you do, how you dress, talk, act, and the places you go, all need to be within the same range of how everyone else dresses, talks and acts in order to be accepted by other people. But the truth is, it is more than okay, in fact it was actually mean’t for all of these things to be done far out of the range of another persons.

We are easier to control when we all believe that we have to be the same. Imagine how hard it would be to influence and manipulate a population that so widely varied in all things capable of being varied in. While many parts of the world and people are very diverse, this world is still not even half of how diverse it could be. If every person hiding a unique talent, broadcasted that talent proudly, if every girl trying to look like the same instagram models we see everyday, embraced their own unique look, if every man stopped aiming for the cliche rapper lifestyle, only then would this world blossom with newfound authenticity in every corner, across every single inch. We as humans would also experience the psychological, emotional and mental benefits of everyone being their true authentic self. So many women would not be insecure and this would then eliminate things such as envy and hate when they view a woman that is considered to meet the worlds standards when they view themselves as not. We would know that the only standard that truly exist is our own. Men would be more comfortable with showing emotion and being vulnerable. This would then put an end to the thousands of relationships that are sabotaged or ended due to a toxic inflated male ego. The truth is, Western Psychology is the root of almost every single problem we, the human race, experience. For those that don’t know what Western Psychology is, in simpler terms, it is merely every thought pattern, behavior, and mannerism that we have been conditioned to display since the day we were born. Believing that we have to look and act a certain way in order to be accepted by this world is only one of thousands.

So the moral of the story is, what are your passions? Is what you’re doing and acting out currently a direct reflection of that? Because if not, you are more than likely suppressing your power. I am aware of the fact that we must work regualr jobs to maintain stability within our lives. Some people use this an excuse to not pursue their passion full time and some, to not pursue it all. I understand this, however that is still no excuse. Use the money you earn from that job to fuel your dreams. Do not slave away working under someone else’s dream and forget to feed your own. Every free moment you have, every off day, should contain a time to focus on what you’re passionate about. Those things you’re drawn to and have been since you were little. Those things that you know that you love but keep to yourself because it might be seen as “weird” or unusual. Because as you feed and build upon this skill, this talent or whatever it is that it may be, I promise you that you will one day be able to make this into a career and also inspire thousands with similar talents that feel the need to hide them as well. It starts with being who you truly are, expressing that in any and all ways that you can and then just not giving a fuck what anyone else has to say about it.
