How many of us have the chance to live life and make a difference in someone's life?
What are you doing with your life? Living day by day, thinking about tomorrow. Burning out about things that are you doing even like, or spending time and energy on things that you don't believe? Life is passing you by. You don't need to be famous or the richest person on the earth to be happy, but don't let your life pass through you, while you are doing something that you don't love or believe is a waste of life.
So my question is. What makes you feel alive? what moves your heart? What is your spark?
Make a plan, a list, write down what you need to do to achieve what you want, and let life surprise you through the way until your goal; learn how to deal with disappointment when things don't get your way.
This is your life, and if you let one thing put your down to the ground, you have to learn how to fight back, how to rest, and never give up.
Be grateful for the things you have. And learn how to stand for the things you want. This life is short, so make it worth the living, do not live by someone's expectations put on you.
make this analysis in yourself
- what is making me feel like this?
- what can I do to change this situation?
- with who can I talk?
- write down your feelings, dream, expectations, things that move your heart, things that you need to fix.
Learn to put your energy and time into things that move your heart.
Change of plans if necessary, restart, fresh. And make the. Best you can with a heart full of live and hope
"Disappointment will come when your effort does not give you the expected return. If things don't go as planned or if you face failure. Failure is extremely difficult to handle, but those that do come out stronger. What did this failure teach me? is the question you will need to ask. You will feel miserable. You will want to quit, like I wanted to when nine publishers rejected my first book. Some IITians kill themselves over low grades – how silly is that? But that is how much failure can hurt you. But it's life. If challenges could always be overcome, they would cease to be a challenge. And remember – if you are failing at something, that means you are at your limit or potential. And that's where you want to be.
Disappointment' s cousin is Frustration, the second storm. Have you ever been frustrated? It happens when things are stuck. This is especially relevant in India. From traffic jams to getting that job you deserve, sometimes things take so long that you don't know if you chose the right goal. After books, I set the goal of writing for Bollywood, as I thought they needed writers. I am called extremely lucky, but it took me five years to get close to a release. Frustration saps excitement, and turns your initial energy into something negative, making you a bitter person. How did I deal with it? A realistic assessment of the time involved – movies take a long time to make even though they are watched quickly, seeking a certain enjoyment in the process rather than the end result – at least I was learning how to write scripts, having a side plan – I had my third book to write and even something as simple as pleasurable distractions in your life – friends, food, travel can help you overcome it. Remember, nothing is to be taken seriously. Frustration is a sign somewhere, you took it too seriously."
