Happiness is inherent in our inner selves, but we often misinterpret it, since most people throughout the globe, including many scientists, believe that we have four levels of suffering or misery. The following are the details:

#1 Distress due to a lack of sense objects, #2 Distress due to a disturbance in the senses, and #3 Distress due to a disturbance in the mind

Disturbance in intelligence distress number four

Furthermore, the level of anguish in each successive stratum is greater than the preceding one.

It entails For example, the intensity of distress in sense disturbance is greater than sense object deficiency disturbance, the intensity of distress in mind disturbance is greater than the intensity of distress in sense disturbance, and the intensity of distress in intelligence disturbance is greater than the intensity of distress in mind disturbance.

This essay will reveal the sense object's deficient anguish and shed light on the soul, demonstrating how it might assist you in achieving everlasting bliss.

Distress caused by a sense object's inadequacy

This is a kind of anguish that occurs as a result of not being able to meet our everyday needs, desires, and expectations. Foods, clothing, water, electrical devices, luxury products, and so forth. Humans nowadays have a strong need for sensory goods such as fine cuisine, expensive clothing, and the most up-to-date electronics. In other words, anytime the majority of materialistic people come across the newest technological devices such as smart phones, wealthy tasty food restaurants, and amazing shopping malls, they grow eager to get their hands on them.

Consider the following scenario: if someone spends $200 on a new smartphone, that person will undoubtedly be delighted, but that euphoria will not last long.

When a person discovers a new, up-to-date smartphone with more unique functions and appealing aesthetics, it is almost hard to resist the person's desire to purchase that smartphone. After a few months, another new smartphone will rise to replace the preceding one's place, and the cycle will repeat itself. That is not to say that a smartphone is not required; in today's world, a smartphone is a need. However, it is the connection to it, as well as the passion for it, that is the source of one's suffering.

Is it possible that no one has ever considered the aforementioned topic?

On this planet, we are human beings. To live a happy life, we must provide for our fundamental requirements such as food, clothing, water, shelter, education, and so on. Now, most of the time, in order to satisfy our fundamental necessities, we work hard in a passionate manner. It is not a terrible thing to have a strong desire for something, but it is a horrible thing to be so attached to it that you must have it at any costs. Do you have any idea why?

For example, we are not doers; we are nature's instruments, commanded by the ultimate deity, who wants us to fight according to his plan.

Furthermore, whatever a person desires, the fulfillment of that request is entirely dependent on nature's consent and the god's approval. It's OK to try everything one wants, but it's not a good idea to get attached to the outcomes. Whatever one achieves via one's efforts must be accepted with pride.

Self-satisfaction says that whatever one accomplishes, one must be content with it since we are under the direction of nature. It also implies that we should not seek pleasure just from the outside, since someone else's life may be much worse than ours; true happiness, to be blunt, is found inside, i.e. in the inner soul.

To be honest, everyone of us is a soul, a component of the super soul. This soul's properties include everlasting, knowable, and pleasurable. Also, since the supreme one is everywhere, the major function of this soul is to serve the super soul by one's job and pious acts. Furthermore, if one considers life's ups and downs to be God's kindness, one is less likely to be depressed. In addition, there is the key to everlasting true bliss.

To summarize, pleasure is found in the present situation; we do not need a large number of sense-pleasing objects to be happy; rather, it is our awareness that makes us happy.
