Walking The Emotions Away

Better Control Through Our Emotional Journey

Every single day there is something that tugs hard on one of our emotions. As human beings, we need those emotions to help release the things that are running in circles inside us. When it comes to a professional moment we need to find that inner peace. The inner peace is part of what helps us to survive each day. A person can only just deal for so long before the walls begin to crumble.

In these paragraphs that you are about to read, you will find a way to better adjust those emotions. In the first step, we will call the emptying of the ink inside. The first step is writing or typing. Typing would actually be so much better because this way there will be no wasted paper. The choice however is up to you. On the blank page write or type down every single thing that went through your mind lately. Be sure to try not to leave anything out. After it is all written or typed down then put it all in the trash. Make sure that nothing is left. Take a very long deep breath that you will hold for a few seconds then let it out. Now it is time to move on to step two.

In step two you will need several flower petals of any kind of flower that you choose. Make sure that you have a really good pair of walking shoes on. Place the petals into a basket so that they are ready when you reach for them. Begin walking as you grab a handful of petals out of the basket. Keep walking even though you are holding these petals in your hand. Look really hard at that petal where you will begin to load all the leftover thoughts. Think of this as though you are transferring money over to a bank except, instead of money you are transferring thoughts. Once you have allowed the thoughts to transfer over then take one last look at these petals. Lift them up and let the wind carry them away as you throw them into the air.

For step three, after taking a few more deep long breaths take a minute to stop. Let your mind focus on the wind that is blowing around you. Turn it into the sounds of music. Begin walking again as you are breathing everything in deeply. Walk around the area like walking around the track. Walk around this track at least three times. Now it is time to move on going to the next area where you will do the same thing. Stop for a bit of a break to sit in the grass. Close your eyes to help pull the picture into your mind. Allow yourself to become like a leaf just being blown around to see everything.

Open your eyes to really look around. Let yourself see the aging in the trees that brought them through a great many years. Take in the grass that is a shelter for some of the world's tiniest critters. Now let yourself become one of those tiny critters discovering a whole new world. Crawl across the dirt with your mind as you begin your walk. Become everything that you see as you pass by. Once you feel that you have taken everything in and have become one thing mixed with all the things that you have seen then you know it is working. Continue this walk until it feels like everything is comforting and you have become all that surrounds you. I hope that this walk has brought a great amount of peace to help you through your day.
