Powerful inspirational and motivational affirmations are very helpful to keep the focus and positive energies on obtaining and achieving personal life or career goals, when a person wants no negativity or pessimism in their surroundings, but instead enlightening, enriching, visionary with a laser focused attitude and positive mindset and belief.

Positive Affirmations remains in our subconscious minds as it’s filtered whilst reading them frequently being very effective once we are also living honestly and truthfully, being authentic it’s easier to define our soul purpose so that we bring forth certain aspects that we believe, achieve and attract anything like good luck, career prosperity, financial security amongst other things.

When our innermost feelings and emotions are aligned to a positive vibe, affirmations helps to encourage and motivate an optimistic approach and a more happier state of mind, whilst expelling negative patterns, it’s easy to think β€œOh that won’t happen because...” or β€œIt’s not working I’m so done with this...” But if we consciously think positively about ourselves, the result can be just as powerful but considerably more beneficial, by reading positive affirmations daily it’s like sprinkling a dose of optimism by force. it also helps to remain surrounded with high energy and vibrational people and settings, all absorbed often it could change a person’s life completely. Positive Psychology explains if there is a science behind positive affirmations and the psychological theory here:

Is There Science Behind Them?

Science, yes. Magic, no. Positive affirmations require regular practice if you want to make lasting, long-term changes to the ways that you think and feel. The good news is that the practice and popularity of positive affirmations are based on widely accepted and well-established psychological theory.

The Psychological Theory Behind Positive Affirmations

One of the key psychological theories behind positive affirmations is self-affirmation theory (Steele, 1988). So, yes, there are empirical studies based on the idea that we can maintain our sense of self-integrity by telling ourselves (or affirming)Β what we believe in positive ways.
