As per a recent study conducted by university on **25,000 individuals**, developing a positive thinking attitude drastically reduces the risk of heart and lung cancer, stroke attack, and respiratory diseases.

You might be wondering;

How do all successful people think and achieve all the greater heights of success in our life?

How have they developed an all-round positive atmosphere around themselves?

Why do always luck favors them?

The answer to all these questions lies in the difference of thinking approaches which they adopt.

How to approach a better positive thinking attitude

A single thought has such a great power in it, that it has an ability to ruin your entire career. Positive thinking is far the most crucial parameter for a successful outcome for any goal you have planned out for yourself.

The more you train and develop your mind to be optimistic in every situation, the better and faster the results will lie by your side. Many people have a bad habit to think negative in every situation; as a result they are still living the mediocre life full of tension, anxiety, and stress of the future.

The solution lies in the BELIEF system. We are living up with the same belief system which we have created for ourselves since childhood. We want to achieve perfection in everything we do. If not, we start to criticize ourselves, our parents, and society for the same.

The moment we start feeling bad, we attract more negative thoughts as per Law of Attraction. So, as a rule; Just remember to be away from negative people who spoil your life. Try to create a healthy atmosphere of thoughts around you.

A Short Story To Blow Your Mind Regarding The Power Of Thoughts

On a bright sunny day, a student and his master were on tour to a beautiful city far off from the village. The master wanted to teach his student the power of thoughts which could transform every single entity to work in favor of him.

Days passed, and master and son had very few food commodities for their survival. The student said, "Master, we now have to sit on the street and beg for food". The master said, "No, we are going to have lunch at a massive restaurant today!" The student was confused. How could this be a possible master? Master replied, "Sit down and concentrate your thoughts on the things you desire to pass by in your life. Your mind will attract it."

After 20 minutes of intense focus, they stood up and started to walk towards the city. Suddenly they stopped at a nearby restaurant. Master said, "Let's go inside and have a good lunch!" But we don't have any money, the student replied. As they approached the entrance, a well-dressed man welcomed the master and student. He said, "You are on the way to travel a life journey, and it seems like you don't have any money. Come inside; you can work in our kitchen, and in return, I will provide good food for both of you." The master agreed.

The student was shocked! He asked to master, "Did you do any magic? Master replied, "NO, Its just the power of thoughts. Our mind has tremendous potential to attract whatever you think, focus intently, and let the mind do all the works. The mystery is concentrating, envisioning, seeing tiny details, having confidence, and anticipating mental and passionate vitality in the mental movie of your mind. When you give your mind single thought to think on, it exhibits a greater power you have never imagined."

The student replied: "Thank you, master, I truly understood the vital importance of good, positive and optimistic thoughts in our life."

The master said: "Always be aware of negative thoughts, never let them in, or else they will destroy the calmness of your mind."

Tips On How to Build Good Positive Thoughts Daily

The following are some of the tips which I personally follow to remain calm and peaceful throughout the day. So, lets begin;

Start Your Morning With A Positive Prayer For Yourself

Be mindful. Be grateful. Be positive. Be true. Be kind

As you wake up early in the morning, just thank GOD for the beautiful day which he has added in your life. Be grateful that you are the lucky one to see morning sunshine. Sit quietly and repeat the short prayer after me;

Hey Lord, Thank You for this wonderful and auspicious day in my life. I am confident; I am happy; I am courageous; I am in control of my thoughts; I am successful; I am a great believer in myself; GOD has enriched my mind with positivity and prosperity. Bless me to conquer this day and achieve all the greater heights of success in my life!

Just softly say this prayer twice, and begin your day. You will create an aura of positive energy around yourselves the entire day.

Maintain A Gratitude Journal

Gratitude is a most essential quality we should develop as a human individual. Just write down daily at-least 5 things you are grateful for; like

  • Good Shelter
  • Love and Support From Family
  • Good Food and Clothes
  • Healthy Mind, Body and Soul
  • Money to satisfy your wants and needs for the day

Say Positive-Self Talk To Yourself

Always be careful with the words you say to yourself. Be impeccable with the words. Words have a tremendous power to affect your mental, social, and emotional control of life.

Thoughts change into Words; Words change into Actions; and Actions give rise to Results!

Between response and stimuli there is a small gap where we have our own freedom to choose. All our growth and happiness lies in that small gap. Remember to say positive, enthusiastic, and good thoughts to yourself every hour, every second of the day.

Your subconscious mind will accept your positive behaviour and will respond to you by showering all successful outcomes by your path of life.

Filter Yourself Away from Negative News/Media

We are pretty much aware about how much television or news media dump trash into our mind every single day. The reason behind this is that every media knew that the easiest way to hook people through their content is through fear, guilt, and shame.

I myself prefer to avoid television or news in early morning. Instead, I read positive self-improvement stories or quotes which helps me gain a positive self reflection of myself everyday. My entire day goes with full of enthusiasm, joy and with clarity in my mind.

It seems; how important and major role thoughts play in our life. If we learn to harness the power of thoughts by giving our full focus and attention to direct it in a good way, we have half-way won the battle.
