Self-patience to sit still and watch intuitively. Observe and not absorb what’s not serving my highest greater good. Simple healing techniques will only help mend my challenges to conquer my demons. Gain more maturity, responsibility, and accountability, which is very important. The mind, the body, and the soul with tools and techniques, the process flow with ease at your own pace. Ground and accept what they have done to you in the past because what they have done has precedent. Focus on forgiving because I know it is painful to forget but, do not create a pity party and start negative self-talk in view. There are more solutions to solve these kinds of roadblocks. There is nothing you can do but shift, lift, transmute. Then forgive yourself as negative thoughts begin again. Go into mindful breathing; keep this in mind always. Actualize meditating because when we are angry, we don’t take the time to breathe.
