We have so much on our plates, that sometimes it can be too much. From working your day job, taking care of the kids, keeping track of bills and doing your side hustles people get burnt out. If you feel yourself not motivated like you once were take a break.

Go watch your favorite TV show with your favorite drink with you feet in the air. You deserve it! And don't you dare feel bad about it, nothing is going anywhere, when your back up to power everything will be right where you left off.

Taking care of yourself is the most important thing you can do. If you don't take care of yourself, how are you going to take care of everything or everybody else? You still can, but you won't be 100% you which is what everything and everybody needs.

I keep seeing quotes about "No sleep," "Keep going," etc and that's all fine and good. Except, some people take that stuff literally. The quote "No sleep," or "Don't sleep," "I'll sleep when i'm dead" that stuff is all cap. Think about it, everybody needs sleep. What happens when you don't sleep? Your body shuts down. So, I can guarantee you if your friend posts that and you give them a call at 3am, their not going to answer because they are asleep.

Just like the quote "When your tired keep going," um we're not robots, if i'm tired i'm going to sit my ass down and take a break. For those of you out there who are the energizer bunny, good for you! If your tired take a break, your not on a stopwatch or anything. As long as you put in the effort and you're seeing results in whatever you are doing that's all that matters.

Take care of yourself, relax when you need it, drink plenty of water and eat the right stuff. You body is your temple, if you take care of it, your body will take care of you.

If you're working from home, that is still work! No matter if your a stay at home mom or dad or run or own business. All that stuff is work! If anybody tells you other wise, you don't need that kind of negativity in your life. Majority of the time, when people speak ill of other people jobs is either they are jealous, or they are jealous.

So when you feel like you're being trapped inside your house, go outside for a walk. Take the kids to the park. Go out for a quick lunch or have your lunch outside. Enjoy the perks from working at home. You don't have to worry about when you get your break, so don't act like it.

Point is, all work is stressful, life is stressful, are daily routines can wear us out. No matter what it is you do. Don't overwork yourself to please people who don't matter. Take that vacation you always wanted, go to that restaurant you always wanted to try, and sleep in! I once was told a saying that when you body craves things ignore it. That is so far from the truth, if your craving sleep take a nap, if your craving ice cream at 1am you better go get that bowl.

When you don't do things that make you happy, over time your body starts falling into depression. You feel stuck in the same old routine and you start wondering what it would be like to actually live life. Thing is you are living life, your just not taking care of yourself.

With that said, I wish all of you a wonderful blessed day/night. Keep your hustle on and always take care of yourself!
