Any great ideal, if you do not pay action is just an empty dream, only action can produce results, action is the premise of success, any great plan, the final implementation of action to be called great. Let us refuse to procrastinate, let go of empty thinking, and take action, only action to see the dawn of the future.

Alec is a food salesman, he loves his job, but he also loves fishing and hunting, he always likes to take a fishing rod and shotgun to the field on weekends to fish and hunt. After a few days and then returning home satisfied, this hobby took up so much of his time that it almost interfered with his work.

He wanted to find a way to have the best of both worlds, and once when he returned to work from the outside, an idea came to him: "I could go out into the countryside to conduct business because most of the railroad's employees live along the railroad, and there are also some scattered miners and hunters, and these are potential customers." This idea excited him so that he can hunt on the way, and balance his work, killing two birds with one stone.

Next, he immediately began to plan his idea, not waiting to say goodbye to her family, she packed her bags and made preparations, so that he would not be hesitant and delayed to affect his determination, which lead to his eventual abandonment.

In the days that followed, he started working along the railroad line. The people were very friendly and enthusiastic about his arrival, and his work went very well. Alec taught them some small crafts of life and told them the legends of the outside world, so he often became their honored guest, and Alec's food was very popular with everyone. In one year, Alec generated millions of dollars because of this action.

No matter what position we work in, it is not enough to have good ideas, only to put the work into practical action to get the desired results. As the saying goes, "the heart is better than action", good ideas do not pay action are paper. We understand the truth of many things, but what can be done, and how the results, are very different.

William James said: "Every flicker and revelation of inspiration, let it flow away like gas and no trace, will be worse than the loss of opportunity because it invisibly blocked the normal channels of passion eruption. In so doing, humanity would be unable to gather a determined and rapidly adapting force to deal with the sudden changes of life."

Walter Pitkin was working in Hollywood when a young supporter approached him with a bold building proposal - to invest in a multi-million dollar movie. All those present were fascinated; it was clearly worth considering, but they could consider it at ease, then discuss it, and finally make a decision about how to go about it. But while the others were mulling over the proposal, Pitkin suddenly put his hand on the telegram and immediately started shooting telegrams to Wall Street, which enthusiastically stated the proposal. Of course, a telegram of this length was expensive, but it represented Pitkin's conviction.

Surprisingly, a $10 million film venture was signed off on as a result of the message. Had they delayed action, the proposal would probably have faded into oblivion, or at least lost its initial luster, in the course of careful conversation. However, Pitkin acted immediately and took the lead in this silent war.

Doing things if you are afraid to take action, even if you make a decision, then you will let yourself lose confidence more and more, and as a result, put things on hold, and eventually fall into failure.

Pay action, often able to show that a person dares to change themselves, the determination to achieve self, but also to prove their ability to a process, the heart of the idea, do not pay action, but the bundle of high, never see the light of victory.
