Keeping yourself going

To keep yourself going you need to have a goal in life some think you would like to achieve job or car or morgage any think then sit think about all the steps you could make to achieve your goals saving ect dw if you fail a lot of us do at first it may help to tell some one els your goals giving you that bit more motivation to achieve your goals as some one els knows are brain is trained in that way also it’s good to get support now and then telling you you are doing a good job even if you feel you have not achieved that much in the light of things your find you have done so much more than what you normally would have now you just need to maintain this taking little more steps when fill like you are completely at ease where you are the circle of life is

(Decision)

Making the decision to make a change

(Action)

Taking what you thinking about and putting them to action like saving money, ringing for jobs looking for a morgage ect

(Maintenance)

Keeping what you doing on a regular basis and feeling at ease doing so so don’t push your self take small steps and keep it maintained

(Lapse/relapse)

A lot of us in every day situation do this everyday where you say for example you going on a diet then week later get a pizza this is fine even if you relapse badly just realise and go back to the circle see where you are and how you won’t to be see how better you could try the next time

(Contemplation) or pre-Contemplation

We’re you are at debate weather you won’t to make a change or what you won’t to do we all turn back to this for example saying I’m not happy in this job I won’t a new 1 then going through the circle turning back here to say actually I don’t like this job I liked my old job it’s ok to be changing your mind just no where you are at and work on it we all go round and round it’s a never ending curcle it’s how you use your time and what you do with it knowing little skills like this dose really help

I will keep trying to make and better my talks for people to read and take motivation from be nice to everyone you could be in any situation same as any of us we all breath the same air love one on other and help each other through I no for meny of you trying to better your life in any way could be big or small some time other people don’t take to well to your success when they are not doing anythink there self try hard to recognis the signs of this as these people could be having a huge affect on you without you even relized it could be a best mate or a family member and you don’t no what to do

Try find some one els to share those type of story’s with the ones where your doing hard work to better your self find some one who is in same spot as you talk to them don’t talk to that family member or friend about them try keep in contact in doing the same things you used to long as they not harming youself then if it’s not for you offer to change things to do some think you feel better in doing if these people are just bad for you they won’t like change and everything will become a issue as hard as that may be you need to walk away maybe not forever but for at least till your where you won’t to be other people and even the social media all have huge influence on how you think what you think is acceptable and not just do you think what you agree with and what you don’t the social has such a huge weight on everyone to live up to a surten type of life except or to earn a surten amount or shop at a surten shop forget all that you no and go out try things for you if it’s not for you least you no a lot of people just follow a way of life if you won’t to make real change take a step back and think about everything in your life what you think is ok and not what you believe is acceptable and be grateful for all the little things that you manage to achieve in your life and all the things you have manage to gain in your life don’t worrie so much on what you don’t have you can always gain more things in the future things have a way of working there selfs out so enjoy life live it to the fullest take brakes be happy do things that make you happy even going to a coffee shop once a week or getting self a take away what ever but don’t beat your self up to bad remember your doing better today than you was before and if right now your reading this and your at rock bottom just think least can’t get any worst than what it is so now what can you do to really make you happy what can you do to better your life your start to notice aswel with every achievement how much better your feel and other people will start to follow in your foot steps doing little things for your self I hope you all give it the best shot you can and I wish you all the very best in your journey ahead

The circle of change is not just for change it’s in our every day life in all the things we do try and apply these things to your every day life see how they work for you also if you feel you have issue with being committed to any think try some think very small like 20 push up a day every day for 30 days with out missing if you miss 1 day you start again or for girl some think like right in a book about one positive thing you done in that day and do it every day for 30 days again if you miss a day start it again till you manage to achieve 30 days once you achieve your 30 days try work out some think els you can do by a couple of month to a year your find if you stick at it you can achieve a lot try an always remember it some times might look like you not done much but if can talk to some one or take notes and go back to them and your realise you done more than what you would have done before just keep it going and all the best I do won’t to wright more motivation and life story’s or what people like to read so if have any suggestions or like it how it is please feel free to give us a message meny thanks for reading and I hope you all the best in your travels

If you live in the Milton Keynes area there are a lot of things out there and there are a lot of support networks and things to help you you properly don’t no about as is not advise much as could be but go to your local council they should have all the information you need but if not go to your local church they have leaflets of all sorts of places that you can get any type of help debt relationship issues household issues job stress loss of loved ones ptsd all types of help and care worried about an elderly or alternative you can contact smile in your local area tell them the issue you have and they point you in the right direction if you need more attention they can do home vist ect the help is out there the biggest step you need to make is go look and ask for it a lot of people don’t for self pride ect I never ask for help for meny of years an found I just started hurting ones around me before I did realise actually I might need abit of support after asking for it meny times before and getting no where to as abit of a no go for me but I’m glad I did the help that can be out there is amazing you just need to be ready within your self yea some time you can get along by your self but some times it don’t hurt for that bit extra support wishing you all the best remember contact me with your views if you like be very appreciated meny thanks for reading
