Spend time in solitude

Sit in silence and contemplate all the information given by society, social beliefs and Conventional mediocre life which everyone follows blindly.

Question everything and your conscience will let you know what is right for you and what is rubbish.

Follow your passion

Start listening to your heart’s voice and your innermost desire .

What gives you adrenaline rush and you burst with tears of joy and ecstasy while doing it ,is there something which you love doing and your mind just flows with ease while in it.

When you find your passion, you transcend the boundaries of time and space to do something which is unimaginable.

Meditate on your emotions

Meditate and become observer of your thoughts and feelings.

We are able to see the disastrous effect on COVID-19 on our emotional health like many are suffering from distress and restlessness at regular intervals.

To be more peaceful ,we must dig to the deepest cause of this problem.

Are you getting bored or are you getting anxious about your financial income.

Well its quite responsible to decide about your financial income but worry will create even more chaos as you can never predict what can happen tomorrow.

The best you can do is to enhance your skill-set and become prepared for the challenges ahead.

Don’t spread spread hatred and negativity

Cut down on your social and digital media which is draining away half of your energy in absurd arguments and political discussions.

Be careful of what information you consume on a daily basis as this majorly decides your attitude towards life.

Work towards your physical health

Develop a routine of improving your physical fitness and personal hygiene. Do some, push-ups, cardio and jog that extra mile while maintaining cleanliness in your surroundings.

Eat the foods which helps your mind to stay active and body to stay energetic, not just for the satisfaction of your taste-buds.

And when consuming food, eat consciously so your gut can send signals to your brain to stop overeating.

Acquire knowledge

Read books which helps you in personal growth and gives great perspectives to live a wonderful life.

You can even read some fiction novels as they can improve your spoken English and vocabulary.

The point is to acquire knowledge which may help you in your career and make a better human altogether.

Serve others

Learn the art of communicating effectively among masses and influencing them to improve other’s lives while making a routine to serve the unprivileged.

Rule of simplicity

Focus on living a simple life by doing things without any objective but always have a purpose in life.

I mean that do things without focusing on result or boasting your ego about your accomplishments just try it for yourself, you will be more satisfied and happy in the journey than the destination.

Some sweet little pleasures like spending some family time, dancing in the rain, observing the flight of eagles and laughing at your own self won’t give you a fortune or material possessions but will surely give you bliss you never thought of.

Write a journal

Maintain a dairy or a journal to write about yourself,jot down your thoughts, insights, goals, desires and gratitude on them.

It will make your life crystal clear and help you to beat procrastination as you would know what’s most crucial for me and what I must do to live an extraordinary life.

Live in present and embrace the past

At last I would say live in the present moment totally. Don’t regret your past actions because its gone. Learn from mistakes you committed in the past and move on.

The best part of being human is we are conscious of our self and can transform ourselves to unleash our infinite potential which rest inside us.
