My lovely wife when we went to Jasper this past spring. Yes this was taken in April, Alberta’s great right?

Cat’s great feelings:

  1. Driving down a road in the fall, when all the leaves are turning colours, and the road is lined as far as you can see with these colourful tree’s And the already fallen leaves are casually blowing across the road.
  2. Watching the way the sun shines through glass. With a slight dust floating through the sun beams, during golden hour.
  3. Riding bikes during the golden hour, in the spring, while a great album plays from your phone, and being slightly or a lot stoned.
  4. Relaxing in your freshly cleaned house, with acoustic music playing softly, and all the candles that you own burning.
  5. The first sip of your favourite beverage. Mine is red Red Bull. Instant happiness.
  6. Smoking out of a nicely cleaned or brand new bong or pipe.
  7. When it's winter and all the trees are completely white with frost, even if its cold it’s still absolutely beautiful.
  8. MOUNTAINS.
  9. Driving around looking at Christmas lights during the week of Christmas, with hot chocolate.
  10. City lights at night.
  11. The smell of pine tree’s.
  12. Drinking coffee and writing poetry
  13. Finding your comfortable place in your bed, and just feeling completely warm and at peace.
  14. Rolling the perfect joint or blunt, and impressing everyone including yourself.
  15. The first time drinking eggnog for the season.(Thanksgiving can’t come soon enough)
  16. The first warm day after a cold, long winter.
  17. Seeing your first flower of spring blossoming in your garden.
  18. Laying in a hammock on a warm summer day, just zoned out watching how the sun finds its way through the think leaves.
  19. Golden hour in general, the way it makes the whole world look like its being filtered like on my phone. Bonus greatness if you’re wearing sunglasses during it.
  20. Doing something to improve a strangers day, be it a smile, extra parking minutes, anything to make them feel good.

Keisha’s great moods:

  1. When you’re cuddling your cat and they stretch then curl in even closer then then before
  2. When you reunite with a family member that you haven’t seen in forever
  3. Watching old home videos
  4. Turning the first page in a brand new book
  5. Doing something you convinced yourself you couldn’t do, and then proving to yourself that you could.
  6. When you’re extremely tired and being forced to stay awake even though you can barely keep your eyes open, and you finally get to go lay down in your warm, comfortable bed then your head hits the pillow and you just sink in.
  7. Having a nice hot bath after a really hard day
  8. Watching someone you love do the thing that they love
  9. Sitting on the heater vent when it’s cold out
  10. The very first bite of pizza when you’re stoned
  11. Forgiving someone you never thought you would
  12. Putting warm clothes on when they just come out of the drier
  13. When you overcome your negative feelings
  14. Shopping
  15. Having a cold glass of water, when you feel like you’re the most thirsty that you’ve ever been
  16. Getting a hair cut or colouring and the way you feel like a brand new person after
  17. When you’re cuddling your spouse and you can feel their heart beat, and everything feels fine for a minute.
  18. When you’re running on the treadmill, and you feel like giving up, but you push past it and run the furthest you’ve ever ran
  19. Finally pushing out a good poop when it was stuck for a little while and you were even crying a little bit
  20. Finally, being allowed to put up the Christmas decorations even though it’s the beginning of November.
