Walk for 30 minutes. You can do a single 30-minute walking session or have several half-hour walks. It is important to walk in order to keep your heart healthy. Your goal should be 10,000 steps a day - a pedometer will help you keep track.

Brush your teeth if you want to have them in the future. If that doesn't motivate you, then do it for your heart, for wrinkle prevention, or for sexual satisfaction.

Drink several cups of green tea a day and plenty of water. It will help eliminate toxins and all bad substances.

Take food supplements: omega 3 pills - 1 gram of omega 3 half an hour before lunch and before dinner. If you don't want pills, then eat six nuts twice a day or 113 grams of uncooked fish three times a week. Salmon is one of the best fish for our health.

Remember to use vitamins, and if you are over 40 (women) or over 35 (men) take two small aspirins for breakfast with half a glass of warm water, one before and one after a meal. It's important to talk to your doctor about this first.

Take 300 milligrams of coenzyme Q10 for breakfast and dinner for mitochondrial health.

Meditate for 5 minutes at any time of the day. In such a noisy world, our brains need quiet moments to recharge their batteries, to be able to concentrate and to take care of themselves.

Sleep 7-8 hours each night.

Try this program so you can sleep like a lazy cat:

  • finish all your planned work to avoid a stressful sleep
  • take care of night hygiene (brushing your teeth, face, etc.)
  • spend a few minutes taking a deep breath or meditating
  • Avoid activities that stimulate you, such as exercise or watching TV. Instead, sex is recommended before bed.

Only after we understand the mistakes we have made and begin to come to terms with ourselves do things seem to change.

Although it may sound perfect to regret nothing in life, it is impossible that at some point we may not feel sorry that we did or could have done something. No matter how confident a man may look, he still has a trace of regret in his heart.

It is important to understand that only through personal experience can we come to understand life and what we really want.

In order not to end up saying, "I wish someone could teach me this in advance," here are some tips to ease the way to the life you want:

Marry the right person. This decision will determine your future 90%. Obviously, no one is deliberately marrying the wrong person, but that's why you have to be very sure that you have made the right choice.

Treat anyone with the same respect you would like to be treated.

Learn for a dream job.

I know it sounds like a cliché, but if you can't find a job or a business to work with, you'll never be happy, and the results will be not right. I mean disappointing.

Give people more than they ask for and do it with pleasure. They will be very grateful to you.

Discipline yourself to make savings, even when your salary is not very high. However, be generous.

Make yourself better every day.

Be loyal.

Be honest.

Stop blaming others for what is happening to you. Take responsibility for every aspect of your life.

You need to understand that you are in a situation where you have to make decisions at some point. Learn this and you will look at life with different eyes.

Become the most positive and enthusiastic person you know. This will motivate those around you.

Be brave and confident. When you look back, the regrets we were talking about at the beginning must be inclined toward what you could have done more than what you had done so far.

Understand that happiness is not determined by material things, power, or notoriety, but by relationships with the people you love.

Take care of the people you care about and do nothing to disappoint them.

Get rid of thoughts that cloud your thinking.

Thoughts influence feelings and feelings define our lives. Therefore, we must learn how to control and understand our thoughts.
