Do You Believe in Miracles?

On those days that you aren't feeling quite yourself or worse if the anguish inside you is so intense that it's painful, physically painful to even face the world. On those days that you think life isn't worth living because you're feeling bad about your shitty life and the shitty things that keep happening to you. And maybe you sit at home all alone and wonder if you are ever going to catch a break.

Maybe you're having relationship troubles and your wife left you, or your husband, or girlfriend, or boyfriend. Or maybe you can't pay your bills and you are about to lose your house, your car, your job. Maybe you're a drug addict or an alcoholic. A felon sitting in some cold prison facing 10 to 20 years time. It can be any number of things that are happening in your life that have you feeling like you have nothing to live for and you're wondering. What kind of life is this? On those days when you are filled with self doubt and all you can think about is checking out!

I am here to tell you, and it's important for you to know. That you are here for a reason. You, aren't here by accident. Yes, you the person that is reading this. The person hearing what it is I have to say. You! You are like a fucking winning lotto ticket! You're a damn winner even if you don't believe it yourself. I understand if you don't think so. Believe me, I understand that your circumstance make you feel bad. And you are tired of all the bad shit that has happened to you. But it is only temporary, and you can turn it all around even how you feel.

You know, you can always change your circumstance and improve your life. And although it may not be clear to you about what your purpose in life is. You my friend, have a part to play in this universe. In this world, and your mere existence is nothing short of a miracle.

What is a miracle? Google it! Google defines it as a surprising and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is therefore considered to be the work of a divine agency.

You are the miracle!

The probability of your existence is 1 in 400 trillion. That's right, 1 in 400 trillion. That's a scientific fact and that's a fucking miracle! Wouldn't you agree?

You must always remember that! I'm not telling you this to make you feel better. I am telling you this because it is a fact. If you take into account your chances of being born and how it compares to the rest of the millions and billions and even trillions of genetic fabric necessary to make an individual. Let alone make someone that is entirely You! Because there is no one else like you. Well, the chances are truly astronomical. Scientist put together their numbers and they have gathered their data and have concluded based on famine, wars, and what have you that the existence of any one individual is

1 in 400 trillion!

Should I repeat that?

1 in 400 trillion!

Wow, if you aren't blown away by that number and impressed with yourself. You should be. So yeah, you are a miracle and you are here because of some divine agency.

And who do you think that is? This divine agency? Is it God? Or your own perception of what God is? I am no theologian nor am I a scientist but I am certain that this is something higher than ourselves. This occurrence, this miracle and our mere existence is not being orchestrated by mortal man or anything of human flesh. Therefore, I can only conclude that you as an individual, and each one of us being part of the human race, that we share some responsibility in this master plan. We must all play a critical role in making certain that we do our part for all of humanity. And we begin by making sure that we take care of ourselves. As key players our role is critical and we play a significant part in making sure that we contribute in some positive way.

So, always remember that you are a miracle and in this grand universe in which we live that your chances of being on this earth today is 1 to 400 Trillion. Let me repeat that: 1 in 400 Trillion. Let that sink in. Wrap your mind around that number. I want you to always remember it.

Therefore, never think you don't belong here and that you do not serve a purpose in the grand scheme of things because you do! Our world is gradually unfolding and often times not in the way we would like, but that is why we must all do our part to be kind and gentle to each other but especially to ourselves.
