You are beautiful

*BOUNDRIES. Setting boundaries is making clear what’s not ok and what is okay, and why.

*RELIABILITY. You do what you say you will do. At work, this means staying aware of you compencies and limitations so you do not over compromise and are able to deliver on any commitments and balance competing priorities.

*ACOUNTABILITY. You own your mistakes, apologies and make amends.

*VAULT. You do not share information or experiences that are not yours to share. I need to know my confidences are kept, and you are not sharing with me any information about other people that should be confidential.

*INTEGRITY. Choosing courage over comfort; choosing what is right over what is fun, fast ; easy and practicing your values, not just professing them.

*NON JUDGMENTAL. I can ask for what I need, and you can ask what it is you need. We can talk about how we feel without judgement.

*GENEROSITY. Extending the most generous interpretation to the intentions, words actions of others

*THE BRAVING. Inventory can be used as a conversation, guide that walks us through trust building from a place of curiosity, learning and connection.

Happiness is within ourselves

• JOYFUL. A great life lesson for me has been learning to align with the art of surrender as I trust that things are really working out for the greatest outcomes that are meant for me and my journey through this life. It may not always seem like it in the moment, but I’ve discovered that if I can relax and go with the flow, in hindsight, the situation was often something I needed to experience for my growth and understanding. Life is always interesting!

*STRENGTH. Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.

*HOPE. Is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear. If we leave that tomorrow will be better. We can bear our hardship today.

*BELIEVE. I believe we could all use and give a little more kindness. I believe it can be done anywhere in our lives. At the store on our roads, at home at our works, in every situation. Even if you do not have anything to gain from being kind do it anyway, for the cost is negligible. A Smiling face brings hope, when you see someone smiling, even you begin to feel cheerful because you get reminded that even though you might be facing hardship and disappointment, you do have to be joyful. Always carry a smile, your smile might be the reason someone else’s sees hope in their life too.

Generosity in silence.

*GRATITUDE AND GRACE. Sell worth is vital to your happiness. It is really hard to feel good about life in general. If you don’t feel good about life or yourself remember you are manifesting these thoughts about yourself and willing them along, the power of Gratitude and Grace and to open up about yourself about yourself, only you have the power to let anything or anyone allow you to feel this way and you can walk away.j

Manifest yourself in Grace

People need to learn that their actions do affect other people. So be careful what you say and do, it’s not always about you.

*LOVE. A person who knows of the mysterious and magic inside. The sacred places that can nurture your soul which makes you whole. A person that radiates the light, the colours of the aura. You have the power of softness, you walk in a room and female/male feel your presence. You have a powerful sexual energy that is not dependent on physical looks, but seeks a Devine connection.
