"Counting calories is the only way to lose weight!" Nope... That's not how it works. Overall it depends on the person, but what has worked best for me might not work for you. My strategy is so simple that anyone can do it in a breeze. Let's get started!

Eat healthy food 6 days a week and have 1 day cheat day where you eat anything you want. This will naturally increase your metabolism and during the 6 days your body will recover and increasingly healthier. This is also a reward for all the hard work you've been doing in the past 6 days. Trust your stomach when eating healthy foods. Eat until you're almost full or full. Healthy food gets you full faster and is easier to digest. This makes the whole process very easy for you. Then on a given day, eat anything you want and enjoy your day.

Exercise a lot more! Weight lifting is a great form of exercise that will make you both lose fat and gain muscle. Cardio is also good, after a session of weight lifting a small session of cardio is a nice compliment. There is many forms of exercises, do whatever you would like, but the goal is to be active. Try your best to exercise 7 days a week!

Healthy foods you should eat a lot of:

Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Lean Protein, Organic Food, Low Fat Food

Then during your cheat day eat whatever you want. Usually fatty foods. Since your body doesn't have much fat from eating healthy for the past 6 days, it will target the fat entered into the stomach and take it out quickly. Then your metabolism fastens and the other excess fat will be removed in no time.

Still not convinced? Healthy foods I mentioned are already low calorie. Even if you eat a lot of them it won't cost you much calories.

100 grams of celery is only 16 calories! Eat that along with a sauce like hummus and you have a nice snack.

Then on the cheat day you can have chips, cookies, etc... Or if you enjoyed the celery so much, have it with a fattier dip on the cheat day to have the best day and make the rest of the 6 days worth it.

After 3 months you'll be able to see ridiculous results! Your six pack abs might not be out yet, but you'll be lean and if you've been weight lifting then your muscles will definitely start showing. This strategy is so simple and very understandable. Everyone knows eating healthy is the way to lose weight, but now the trend has become to eat like garbage and count the calories, not to mention you can never correctly calculate the calories, but you know which foods are healthy or not.

Exercise

Exercising burns calories and is pretty much the only way to burn calories. You can start by walking, jogging, running or start weight lifting and build muscle, lose fat. Exercising boosts your immune system, improves confidence, and make you happier.

Here's some of the exercises that burn the most fat:

  • Jump Rope
  • Swimming
  • Biking
  • Kickboxing
  • Indoor Cycling
  • Rowing
  • Cross-country skiing
  • Running

Doing these exercise will cause you to lose weight faster. The only thing holding you back is yourself so I encourage you to start today. Eat less carbs and sugar while increasing protein, vegetables, and proofs. This will greatly increase your success to lose weight.
