Warning, two cola zero a day can kill you! Sour juices increase the risk of a heart attack and this is not a joke.

If you are a heavy user of sugar-free Cola Zero or Pepsi, you risk having a heart attack or stroke in the near future! The French experts, who conducted the largest study in the world on this subject, came to an incredible conclusion. Whether it's Cola, Pepsi or Dr. Pepper, any carbonated drink that has no sugar in its composition is extremely dangerous for your heart. Increases the risk of a heart attack by 52%!

Specialists from the "International Agency for Research on Cancer" in France analyzed 450,000 people, of both sexes, for 16 years. The study, named the largest of its kind, divided the subjects into three groups: those who did not consume soft drinks, those who drank sweetened carbonated beverages, and the latter who ingested sugar-free liquids. Those who drank two bottles of sugar-free soft drinks were 26% more likely to die young, compared to those who did not drink juice at all. So far, there have been no conclusive studies showing that artificially sweetened drinks are deadly, but now we have every reason to throw them all in the trash, experts say. People in the group who ate two "servings" of diet drinks were 52% more likely to develop a deadly cardiovascular disease over time and have a heart attack. It has been concluded that these types of sugar-free drinks can destroy your body, attacking the cardiovascular and digestive systems. The study's lead doctor, Dr. Neil Murphy, said: "The observations are incredible. We have discovered that there are also advantages for those who consume sweetened drinks, as opposed to unsweetened ones ”. It is good to be aware that any type of drink increases your risk of premature death, so water is the best alternative.

Dietary carbonated juices slow down your mind

Other studies show that these types of drinks have a direct impact on biological mechanisms, especially those that involve alerting the liver to insulin levels. Sweeteners also affect the arteries, increasing the risk of dementia and fattening. Sweeteners have a negative effect on certain key hormones in sugar metabolism, such as insulin. Specialists from the World Health Organization have also shown that drinks sweetened with various substances, which are meant to replace sugar, are three times more dangerous than those with sugar. Scientists say that high consumption of sweet drinks, such as those containing sweeteners (n.r. substances that have a very high sweetening power, meant to replace sugar), lead to brain atrophy. Researchers at the Boston University School of Medicine also claim that they negatively influence memory. The study on this topic was conducted by American experts with the participation of 4,000 subjects. The researchers gave the participants an important urge: "Drink tea, herbal teas, even coffee, but avoid sweet drinks, even without sugar."

Be careful not to overdo it with sugar!

Sugar juices increase insulin levels very quickly and a lot, which leads to resistance to this hormone and increased inflammation in the body. Two sweet drinks a day increase the risk of early death. The study showed that those who drank sweetened juice a day were 59% more likely to die of tumors in the stomach, intestines or pancreas. In addition, those who drank two sweet drinks a day were 8% more likely to die young. In addition to the fact that these sugary drinks increase the rate of obesity, type 2 diabetes and cancer, in 2010, they killed 184,000 people worldwide. Professor Mitchell Elking, who is to be the president of the American Heart Association, said at the Paris Congress of the European Society of Cardiology: "The main message is: drink water!"

Dangerous for diabetics

Coca Cola Zero contains caramel, which is forbidden to diabetics. Other sugar-free juices contain fructose, which is also not recommended for diabetics. Doctors believe that companies producing such soft drinks should write on the label that they are not recommended for diabetics.
