A healthy vegetarian diet can be a great help in your growth and healing process. Vegetables bring in the energy and light they absorb and store them through photosynthesis.

Cereals, vegetables, nuts, and seeds bring into your body light, energy, and a vital force capable of creating a new plant. This type of diet creates a whole new experience and will make you feel better and, why not, lighter.

The energy of natural foods changes the vibration of your nervous system in such a way that it forces low vibration, thoughts, and negative energy to leave the body system.

Negative thoughts become incompatible with higher vibrations, which begin to fill your entire body. In this way, the energies that are used in various alternative healing systems can begin to work in a synergistic way with a healthy vegetarian diet to really support your development and healing process.

As you work with the healing energies to remove the blocked energies from your body, most of the time, you also eliminate dense and concentrated blocks of negative thoughts.

Your body often stores excess negativity in the form of excessive layers of fat, which are also blocked energy. When you let go of these blockages, when you work to eliminate and heal emotions such as anger, fear, hatred, blame, and guilt, you can support this process through food, given that natural foods are rich in healing energy.

The process of emotional release thus becomes easier, being facilitated by the nutrients you ingest at each meal. Moreover, if you are ready to take a major step toward change, the light and energy of a healthy vegetarian diet can also activate your inner light thus amplifying the power of your spiritual light, being an essential catalyst in your own evolution.

You start to decide to embrace change, changing your perspective on life, behavior, relationships, and situations in which you are involved, so that your trajectory also takes a new direction, a more harmonious and peaceful one.

By accessing this new register of energies, healing begins to gradually occur on several levels and you begin to understand the importance of all aspects of your life, including nutrition. So learn to select the foods you eat and to respect your body as the temple in which your soul and the vehicle for your physical experiences abound, which without it would become impossible.

Therefore, transform your body into a temple in which your soul can live with integrity and harmony. It is not just a matter of understanding cognitively and intellectually to know what to eat and what not to eat, but it is a matter of how you choose and feel that you want to continue living your life during this earthly experience.
