Avoid Fried Food - You are literally eating fat whenever you eat fried food so you better steer away from them. And fried food don't give you much nutrition anyway. I would suggest grilled fish or white meat so you can avoid fat. Did you know that fried fish contains more fat than fried beef?

Avoid Snacks - If you are eating six times a day, three of them being snacks in between meals, then you better stop. I know munching in front of the TV is great but it contributes a lot to your stomach fat. Those late night snacks are not advisable as well, you don't burn that much calories while you sleep so whatever you eat before sleeping turns into fat.

Losing that unsightly belly could be a challenge. But it wouldn't be there if not because of you, so you are going to have to work to keep yourself healthy and free from a fat belly. Just imagine how good you will look and feel without that jiggles and I'm sure you will be motivated to work harder. Water - Drink lots of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. This helps your liver function properly and burn fat better. It also helps all the systems of your body work better which gives you more energy and helps you feel well more often. Changing eating habits takes time. The key to success is to take small steps and celebrate your successes every step of the way.
