When it comes to Health and Exercise there is no need to question whether the first thing that comes to our list is wisdom. Whether you feel very fat, underweight, balanced, perfect etc. We all want health and fitness for our bodies and I believe we all want to feel young as we get older. In 1948 the World Health Organization (WHO) described Health as "a state of health, mental and social well-being and not just the absence of disease or illness". It simply means that we all want the best product we can choose from to keep that up. There are many ebooks to choose from, from building your muscles to maintaining a healthy pregnancy or even losing weight altogether according to the quality of the exercises. You are looking for a Health and Fitness eBook that will give you resluts, which are less expensive and / or that will give you a refund if you are not satisfied with the product I highly doubt :) Remember we all want to do jobs of the day without unnecessary Fatigue so a great eBook for Health and Exercise could be just right for you. If you like tattoos then "Ta too Designs" is your eBook under sub sub Beauty, a must have. “Remove, moles, warts and skin tags” is a must-have because it is really effective and affordable.Two small words ... ‘health’, ‘exercise’. It is easy to say that they put their tongues together so easily without thinking about them. We see magazines filled with literature preceded by two small words - all claiming to offer the best advice (or at least some suggestions). Television programs are crammed with commercials for the benefit of exercise equipment or fitness routines, or both ... and all the while the world's population is dwindling and even more inadequate! So how do we fix the fact that those two simple, smooth words are not easy to apply?

First we must realize what ‘health’ means - it only refers to a person’s state of physical and mental health. ‘Exercise’, in general, is a loose expression of a person’s physical condition, internally and externally. Most bodybuilders believe that to have a healthy body, one must have a healthy mind. Nutritionists will argue that you can't hope to enjoy a good mind until you play a healthy body! The fact is, they go both ways. We need to apply the eastern teachings of Yin and Yang - the balance between physical and mental state of our human beings only.

LIFE BEFORE OR ..?

All we really need to be healthy and to be fit at the same time is the right mental attitude. The yin and yang mentioned earlier are a good way to describe the stages of health and exercise. The true definition of 'Yang' in China is 'light, sunshine'. In Chinese cosmology ‘Yang’ and its ‘Yin’ supplement are universal principles - yin meaning ‘shadow’. So, by providing light and shade for our health and fitness programs we are using the balance needed for what we want.

How do we deal with this? It is much easier if we remember the phrase 'less and more often'. If we exercise regularly, but without overdoing it, that's fine. By the same token, if we eat a few meals a day, we are also reaching our goal. A few small meals each day as opposed to just one large meal before retirement have been shown by health experts to be extremely beneficial to health and well-being physically. The important point to remember is: 'Eat like the Lord at breakfast, the Prince at lunch and the Poor at dinner'.

That way the body has a lot of energy to work from the beginning of the day, but you don’t try hard to dig up more nutrients when the body’s metabolism is about to ‘close’ at night.
