Beginners’ Guide to the Le-Vel Thrive Experience

If you’re getting started with Le-Vel Thrive, here are five things you’ll want to know right from the start.

OK. So you’ve done the research, read the Le-Vel Thrive reviews, and decided to give the Thrive Experience a try. After all, with promises like reaching “peak physical and mental levels,” it’s certainly worth seeing for yourself just how effective eight weeks of Thriving really is. And with millions of active “Thrivers” worldwide, at least you’ll be in good company.

But before you ever open the product package or slap on your first Thrive patch, there’s something that you need to be aware of:

Le-Vel Thrive is not a magic cure all.

Now, I don’t want you to get the wrong idea. The truth is that I’m a dedicated Thriver — I’ve been using the product since 2018, and I even took a stint in selling it while I was completing my degree. My overall experience with the Le-Vel Premium Lifestyle Plan has been extremely positive. Weight loss, reduced anxiety, a clearer head, improved digestion, even increased motivation to exercise — all of it can be attributed to my decision to give the Le-Vel Thrive Experience a try. So, why am I saying that the Thrive Experience is anything less than miraculous?

Well, because when you get right down to it, Thrive products are vitamins, nutrients, and other important ingredients designed to support a healthy and active lifestyle. And if you don’t use them correctly, or if you don’t bother keeping up with your goals, then you’re just not going to get as much out of them.

But don’t worry. Like I said, I’ve been using Thrive for some time now, and I’m here to share my insights to ensure that your first eight weeks of Le-Vel Thrive are positive ones.

So, for all of those first-time Thrivers out there, here are my top-five beginners’ tips for getting the most out of the Thrive Experience.

Commit to It

As with anything in life, you’re going to get out of Thrive what you put into it. Again, just to be perfectly clear: Don’t expect to be able to passively sit back and let Le-Vel products do all of the work. Make sure that you’re committed to doing your part to ensure your success.

This means setting and tracking goals. This means properly using the product. It means exercising along with taking your Le-Vel supplements. The point here is that if you want to see extreme results, you need to jump in with both feet. If you don’t, then don’t be surprised if you end up falling short.

Follow the Instructions to the Letter

These aren’t Flinstone vitamins; they’re extremely sophisticated, specially engineered health supplements that are designed to operate in a specific way with your body’s natural chemistry. As such, the detailed instructions that come packaged with the product are more than just suggestions.

So, when the instructions say to take your morning Thrive capsules on an empty stomach as soon as you get out of bed, you need to recognize that if you instead take them after breakfast, they’re not going to be nearly as effective. Likewise, the DFT patch needs to be placed on a clean, dry area of your body, or it won’t be able to transfer nutrients into your systems as efficiently. Use the product the way it’s meant to be used, and you’ll be much more likely to see the results you want.

Go Easy on the Caffeine

Look through Le-Vel Thrive reviews or browse social media groups, and you may notice that most first-time Thrivers report a boost of energy as they get started with the Premium Lifestyle Plan. This is partially because Thrive products include a noticeable amount of caffeine. Thrive caffeine will help you start your day off with energy and focus, and will also make it easier to add exercise to your daily routine. But if you’re chasing your Thrive capsules and shakes with an espresso, you might be giving your body too much of a good thing.

During my first experience with Thrive, I refused to give up my morning coffee (or my afternoon Diet Coke). And I found that not only was I jittery, but I also wasn’t seeing the results I was hoping for. That’s because too much caffeine can upset the balance of natural ingredients. Instead of drinking extra caffeine, drink water. Trust me, you’ll feel a lot better.

Choose Goals that Stretch You

What do easy goals and a broken car have in common? They both suck at taking you places. Goals are supposed to motivate you and give you something to shoot for, but they’re also supposed to stretch you beyond what you think is possible. At the risk of sounding like a motivational office poster, I’m going to tell you to shoot for the moon — because even if you miss, you’ll still land among the stars.

Don’t be timid when setting your goals; be bold. You might be surprised at what you are able to accomplish when you have something hard to strive for.

Stick It Out

There are those who see mind-bogglingly positive results on their first day of the Thrive Experience. I was not one of those people. For me, things didn’t really start to click until about a month into it. Of course, once I began noticing the results, they started accelerating. I like to think of it like an avalanche: slow to start, but impossible to ignore once it picks up speed. And if I had given up while those first few snowballs were starting their slide, then I never would have known just how big my results could get.

So, if you’re going to try Le-Vel, then actually try it. If you drag your feet, you’ll never know what you might have accomplished. On the other hand, if you stick it out for the full eight weeks, following the instructions and really driving towards your goals, I have every confidence that you really are going to Thrive.
