Ayurveda is the oldest medical system in the world, which is full of eternal qualities. Anyone who imparts knowledge of science or science age has been given the name of Ayurveda. Ayurvedic Herbs are used for food, flavour, medicine, or aroma for their aromatic or medicinal properties. Curative use usually distinguishes herbs from spices. Herbs refer to the green leaf or flowering portion of the plant (either fresh or dried), while spices are made (usually dried) from other parts of the plant, including seeds, small fruits, bark, roots, and fruits are included. • Triphala is an Ayurvedic medicine commonly used by people to relieve constipation. It is not only medicine to relieve constipation but it has many benefits.
