We all know how important our health is. If your healthy, then only you can work, live a life without worries, do the things you are passionate about and much more. Still, we neglect our health the most, maybe because of a lack of awareness, lack of attention, and lack of information.

Let us start taking care of our body and hence mind by taking the first step, gathering information.

1. Drinking Plenty of Water

Drinking clean water is the best detoxing agent. More importantly, water can become more effective if you drink water from copper vessels.

The copper has nutrient elements that help you rejuvenate the body cells. To get the best out of it, keep water in a copper bottle for at least 8 hours. In this time water and copper reacts to generate nutrients that are healthy for the body.

You must know the best times to drink water and keep yourself hydrated so your body can detox better and glow as it is hydrated properly.

  • Morning: After waking up the first task you must accomplish is drinking 1-liter warm water, not hot water, hot water will burn & create gas in your system.
  • Before Bed: It is very important to keep your body hydrated in the night time and since you are going to sleep for a minimum of 6 hours, it's natural that your body is going to dehydrate and may have to wake up to drink water in midnight. So, you must have at least a glass of water before going to bed. This will help you wake up early with a fresh mind and body.
  • In a day: You can drink as much water you want but its important to know how and when. You must drink water just before the meal, skip drinking water after meal for a minimum of 15 minutes. Prefer not to drink water while you are standing. Keep the goal of drinking a minimum of 8-liters of water for a whole day.

Disadvantage: You will have to visit the toilet many times if you drink water. So keep your work schedule in mind before drinking water.

2. Meditation

Meditation is the most important thing you need in your morning schedule. Your body works according to your mindset and meditating 10 minutes a day, especially in the morning, helps you to improve your mental health.

Being mentally fit is vital to face any kind of challenge in a career and in personal life. Properly guided meditation helps you to overcome depression, loneliness, negativity, and mentally make you a worrier. In ancient times, only by doing continuously guided mediation from their mentors, people have achieved great heights we can only imagine today.

3. Exercise and Soaking in Sunlight

Today's work is compelling us to continuously sit in front of the computer screen to work without any proper body moment. This is one of the great reasons why we are less immune and easily catch any illness. Most of us are getting a vitamin deficiency because of this work culture. Even though vitamin deficiency doesn't sound much of the deal but when it comes to pain and doing work- you won't even be able to move your hand.

To overcome this situation and still continue working as required, you just need to get the 20 minutes out of your whole day. Choose the place to exercise where you can get enough sunlight. Select time as per your time zone. Now start working out in the sunlight to get required physical movement to flex your muscles and required vitamins.

It is important to understand that you need to be consistent if you want this to work better. Let your body get used to your schedule. Select easy exercise because the next day you don't want to get muscle cramps out of the hard-exercise.

4. Eating Fruits and Vegetables

Maintaining a lot of vegetables and fruits in the diet will help you to keep your body in shape and cholesterol levels in a limit.

Fruits and vegetables are easy to digest as their molecular structure is simple compared to the other food. A food diet helps you to get more nutrients, vitamins, minerals which are required and vital to the body.

A chance of getting food poisoned is almost zero, no more further health complications will be there. Since vegetables and fruits constitute a lot of water, they will help you to keep your body hydrated all the time. The best part is you can take them in a liquid form too. These are the rich sources of all Vitamins A, B, C, etc.

5. Sleep

Your body needs rest and time to recover from all days running around. Sleeping for a minimum of 6 hours a day and a maximum of 8 hours per day will make that magic possible. A night of proper sleep makes you feel more relaxed, energetic, and can increase your focus.

To get baby-alike-sleep on time to heal your body, you need to get done a minimum of an hour of physical movement in a day. Sleeping on time helps your mind and body settle down to get out of worrier, find a solution to problems you have, reduce the stress, and much more.
