Why you Need to Change Your Story to Get Better Life Results

It’s a game-changer

Is the story you’re telling yourself sabotaging your life?

Do you always find yourself feeling like a victim and like you have no control over the way your life plays out?

Well it could have something to do with the story you’re telling yourself.

What is Your Story?

Are you good or bad?

Blessed or cursed?

A victim or a victor?

Are you lucky in love, or destined to die alone?

Are you a lean, mean fitness machine, or do you have “bad” genes (so why bother trying)?

Does money come to you easily and effortlessly, or does poverty follow you wherever you go?

Whatever your answers to the above questions, you are indeed right.

How Your Story Takes Over Your Life

As I stated, whatever your answers to the above questions, you are indeed correct.

Because your answers form the way you view yourself and your world.

Our belief system is very powerful. It goes deep into our subconscious and forms a world that reflects every single thing we tell ourselves on a day-to-day basis.

It doesn’t matter whether what you believe is good or bad/right or wrong. Your mind is so powerful that it will take whatever information you give it, process it, and reflect your story right back to you.

Your mind won’t judge you or give you much pushback. It will simply just affirm and confirm exactly what you believe.

How You Can Game the System

You can start by being aware of the knowledge that your beliefs shape your world.

So you have to be constantly mindful of what you’re thinking about yourself and the world you live in.

When you begin to think negatively, you can transmute your thoughts.

Transmutation is the act or process of changing something completely, especially into something different.

— Cambridge Dictionary

When you find yourself thinking negatively about your life or yourself, immediately re-direct your thoughts to something more positive and empowering.

Instead of saying, “I’m fat just like everyone else in my family and there’s nothing I can do about it.” …

Change that to, “I may have some extra challenges concerning my weight, and I may have to work harder than the average person, but I can stick to my fitness goals and achieve a body weight that allows me to look and feel my best.”

You’ll start to notice you immediately feel better just thinking the better thought. This will raise your vibration and give your mind the juice it needs to provide you with the best possible scenario.

Final Takeaway

You are what you believe. The beauty in that is that you have the power to believe anything you want.

Negative beliefs will creep in and threaten to consume your mind on a daily basis.

But when you are mindful and tuned in, you are ready for battle. You have the tools to transmute a negative story before it has the chance to plant seeds.

When you begin to tell yourself only fresh, positive stories, you will see your life transform and you will become the best possible version of yourself as you live your best life.

**Bonus — You can also listen to subliminal recordings of positive affirmations to flood your subconscious mind with powerful suggestions.

You’ll be amazed at the results!
