Amid the romantic scene of Willowbrook Town, a beautiful place inhabited by a green ocean and countless flowers, the young woman Saya lived. Confidently, Saya must have charmed everyone she met because of her bright eyes and the joy in her laughter that seemed to create light everywhere. She was always happy and cheery on the outside though her inside rose a battle - migraines.

This was the most effective triggers of her migraines.

And that is how it began on a bright afternoon when there was a crowd in the town market. The air was full of odor of spice, flowers and freshly baked bread. With this, Saya’s whole body became weak, and a sharp pain was behind her eyes. She tripped over, trying to find something to sit on as the entire world was revolving around her.

Initially Saya dismissed it as a one-time accident and, therefore, the heat and tumult of the marketplace. However, when time moved on, she noticed that there was a pattern in the recurring events. power perfumes, sharp spices, even the smell of new-mown lawn if anything would trigger her migraines each time.

With an aim to unveil the truth behind her medical condition, Saya engaged in research, digging through medical books and taking experts’ advice. It was for the first time she realized that the migraine triggered by smells, also referred to as osmophobia, was encountered more often that she had previously imagined. There were mole theories like chemical sensitivity or neurological responses, but the exact cause remained unclear.
