Right now is a time that a lot of people are struggling financially, some are out of work, some have reduced hours, or simply are struggling due to raised prices on everyday items. Regardless of the reason, times are tough and making money from home has never been more accessible than it is today!

1. Delivery Driving

Uber eats, skip the dishes, doordash, etc. are BOOMING with jobs right now due to the fact that many loved restaurants are closed aside from delivery, and being at home cooking all of the time gets old really quickly. If you have a qualifying car and license this might be a good option for you, in some areas even bicycle delivery is an option. of course if you do opt for this, be sanitary and safe, limit contact with others, but rake in the money!

2. Clean out your closet

While you're at home looking through your stuff, probably cleaning to ease boredom, you might notice some things you haven't used in a long time, or ever, or maybe some clothes that no longer fit you. If anything you can find is of value it may be worth considering selling on sites such as ebay, poshmark, craigslist, facebook marketplace, etc. If you cannot find anything of value, sometimes making a bundle of unused or gently used items can be worth selling, and a bonus is you get to clean out your living area while doing it.

3. Teaching and tutoring

There are many sites nowadays that allow you to teach or tutor others, although some may require a bachelors degree or another certificate, in which case look into the requirements to the site you are looking at. For an example, QKids allows you to teach children in other countries English, and you don't even need to know their language! Alternatively there are sites like skillshare that allow you to teach your hobbies, passions, or skills you've acquired in your life. If you think that you have nothing to teach, think again. You can teach life skills such as budgeting, time management, or any hobby you might have, you don't have to be a master, just more skilled than the person you're teaching. Try teaching skills "For beginners", you won't have to be much more skilled than a beginner yourself!

4. Get Creative

Sites like TikTok, Wattpad, Vocal, Etsy, Fiverr, and Youtube are making people legitimate incomes nowadays, although it does take a lot of work, there are niches of content that are more likely to get attention. With Vocal and Youtube, it is easy to implement affiliate links within your description or article, which although it doesn't pay much, adds up along with the income you're making from the article or video. A good example of this would be a video or article reviewing or comparing products, as the viewers are likely interested in buying it and will likely click on your link to the product. If crafting is your skill, etsy gives you everything you need to build your own online store for very cheap, it also has ways to help advertise your products within the website. Fiverr allows you to freelance any skills you are able to do, whether if it's editing, writing a song, graphic design, it allows you to freelance any type of service that you can do through the means of a phone or computer with limited restrictions. If writing is your passion, Wattpad is a social media app and website for writers. you can follow authors you enjoy and read their works, many are free but some do cost money, you are also able to publish your own works and can choose whether to make them free or at a cost, in order to build a reputation though, it is advisable to gain a following from free books prior to charging anything for your work. Tiktok is the most difficult of these options to make an income from, as you need to become very popular, however it is a fun way to spend your time and might help build up your reputation or brand with anything else you might do in this category.

5. Surveys

This is not a way to make a lot of money, however there are many apps and sites such as SwagBucks, Cashapp, Leo, and Google rewards to earn some passive income while you're binge watching the newest netflix series, sometimes there are even offers that pay you to play games, it doesn't get much easier than that!

6. Affiliate Marketing

If you run a blog, youtube channel, instagram, etc. You might want to consider posting some affiliate links to your audience. A good example would be if you have a nice picture of a product you love that you're posting to your site, post an affiliate link to that particular item. It doesn't guarantee any money however it is quite simple to do, and if for instance you made a review of a product with an affiliate link, you are likely to get your viewers to click on your link prior to making a purchase.
