Eight types of foods to eat regularly that can kill heartburn

Eight types of foods to eat regularly that can kill heartburn

In today's busy society, acid reflux is a disease that many people suffer from. Commonly known as Gastritis, this condition is classified into several varieties in Ayurveda and Indian Hela Medicine.

The main cause of amlapitta is sedentary lifestyle. Acidosis occurs when all or some of the four most essential factors for maintaining human health, namely food, rest, exercise and sleep, are irregular. But it is widely accepted in the society that acid reflux occurs due to irregular diet. This is not an exaggeration because the powerful effects on the digestive system from the chemical colorings and flavorings present in the artificial foods that most people consume on a regular basis outweigh the effects of not satisfying other basic needs.

Although medicine is needed to cure a disease, it is important to have the right diet and the right lifestyle to maintain health. This article hopes to discuss about the eight most important foods that are important for a healthy person to avoid "acidosis" and for a sick person to get rid of "acidosis".

If we use these types of foods that we do not consider important and ignore even when we have the opportunity to eat them, there will be no need to go to the doctor to seek treatment for "acidity".

sugar

The best food that can be given for Amlapittha is Diyabat. Diabat, which was often included in the breakfast of the farmer who went to the field to graze in the past, has been left out of society today.

The first step in making diyabat is to cover the amount of rice that is left in the rice pot the night before and cover it with clean cold water overnight. It can also be used for rice cooked in the "Rice Cooker" without any problem. If it is not possible to put the rice in the same pot, you can put the rice in an earthen pot or a glass pot and cover it with cold water and keep it closed overnight.

Filter the water in the morning, take only that amount of rice and put it in a bowl, add finely chopped red onion, green chillies or kochi, curry powder and lime as required, add enough milk to it and mix it well, and eat it on an empty stomach. You can add some finely grated mackerel if desired, but it is not essential. This is an energizing food and there are occasions when it is prepared and eaten in other countries of the Asian region.

It is also suitable for small children if there are no phlegm irritations. If a person with "Amalapitta" eats Diyabat for a week, he can definitely prevent the disease and get rid of the discomfort.

Kahipittan

Kahipittan jelly

Jelly is a food loved by everyone big and small. But the general market jelly with flavorings and colorings is not good for patients with “Amalapitta”. "Kahipittan" is a small vine species that can be found in many places in the ecosystem of this country. It can be distinguished from other vines due to the fleshy nature of its leaves. Cahipittan jelly can be easily prepared to ward off gastric inflammation and provide long-term relief to patients with “Amalapitta”.

The thick liquid formed when a bunch of kahipitta leaves are washed thoroughly, mechanically or crushed in a mortar with some water is similar to jelly. When the solution is mixed with as much sugar as needed and left undisturbed, it turns into a paste and can be enjoyed as a dessert. Colorants are not required as this mixture has an attractive green color. Although this can be frozen and preserved, it is better eaten fresh.

Aloe Vera

There are no people in this country who do not know about the properties of aloe vera, which is widely used in local medicine. But few use it as food. Drinking aloe vera is a dietary concept that is gaining popularity in the country. Aloe vera can be consumed as a drink or as a curry for those suffering from “Amalapitta”. Aloe vera juice drink can be prepared by finely cutting the fleshy part found when the outer bark of the aloe vera leaf is removed, adding sugar, water and as much salt as needed. If desired, a special taste can be obtained by mixing a cardamom pod.

A curry can be prepared by first steaming finely cut aloe vera pieces and using red onion, green chillies or kochi, curry powder, rampe, pepper, tanapaha padam. Milk can also be added to make it tastier.

Aloe vera cures stomach pains including “acidity” and also expels constipation. It also relieves the stomach.

green leaf

There is no other medicinal food that has been given more importance in newspaper articles than green leafy vegetables. But as it provides quick relief for "Amalapittha" we should also write about Kolakendha in this article.

All types of leaves are good for the body, but curry leaves, Iramusu, Heinbowitia, Monerakudumbia are most beneficial for "Amlapittaya" when applied directly or in a mixture. But it should be ensured to use minimum amount of salt in the preparation of green leaves because it is not recommended to use excessive salt for "amlapittaya" patients.

salt pan

Porridge prepared using only raw rice, salt and water is called Salukandha and in the past it has been frequently used as a side dish and food supplement in homes. But in today's society, salt is a neglected food.

Saltwater has a powerful ability to restore the alimentary canal weakened by "acidity". Due to the ease of quick digestion, it provides quick energy to the body. Eliminates appetite.

Saltwater also has the ability to weaken the acidic bile that collects in an empty stomach due to “acidity”. Building immunity and being a diuretic are two other things that make salt water suitable for "acidity" patients.

pumpkin

Pumpkin "Amlapittaya" is a great food that gives patients the chance to get rid of the disease. "Amalapitta" can be cured by regular consumption of pumpkin cooked as a curry with little cumin but deliciously. Processing should be done with bark. Peeling may not provide essential nutrition and desired benefits.

“Amlapittaya” patients who do not want to eat pumpkin as a curry can eat steamed pieces of pumpkin with coconut. Can be used as a breakfast.

Belly

"Belly" has a powerful ability to heal stomach ulcers caused by "acidity". Eating ripe beli as a fruit is the most convenient and popular way. Alternatively, ripe beli can be squeezed with a little water to make a beli juice drink or mixed with milk to drink beli milk or thana.

"Amlapittaya" patients can drink beli gatta slightly boiled, beli flowers, dried beli leaves boiled instead of drinking inappropriate tea. Fermented beli can be boiled, shelled and eaten.

Belimul is a common drug included in kashaya recipes in indigenous treatments for “acidity”.

Guava

A well-ripened guava has the ability to heal wounds caused by “acidity”, remove air accumulated in the stomach, relieve constipation and prevent flatulence. Guava is also good for relieving inflammation along the alimentary canal. "Amlapittaya" patients should eat guava as a fruit without mixing salt and chillies.

Small guavas grown in rural areas are better than commercially grown guavas. Eating both large guavas and small guavas well ripened can provide relief to “amlapittha” patients.

If you want to get rid of the "acidosis" disease that many people suffer from today, and want to enjoy a healthy recovery without having to rely on repeated treatments, it is advisable to use these foods regularly. Since healthy happiness is the best happiness in the world, we hope that this article will help you to get rid of obesity through food instead of medicine.
