To change your thoughts you have to change your beliefs. You basically should learn how to become more aware of your beliefs, thoughts, emotions and negative self talk. If you are not manifesting what you want it is because you are simply not a vibration match for the thing you are trying to manifest.

This could be based on your beliefs about yourself, the constant energy of hustling and trying and chasing. Or simply negative thoughts and emotions when you think about the thing you want.

Manifestation is about receiving what you believe is yours not chasing what you believe you can’t have.

So you have to believe you can have it, that is coming to you.

So how do you do this?

You have to remember the reason you want that thing in the first place is because you believe it will make you happy or content when you get it.

So the key to manifesting it, is to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

Step 1. Become aware of your thoughts and emotions about the thing. If they are negative?

Step 2. Ask yourself if you believe them? if yes

Step 3. Change your beliefs about it, then simply create the emotions you believe you will feel when it manifests.

Or match them as close as possible.

I know this sounds weird but think about it, you have to be a vibrational match. So the easiest way to do this is to simply think about a low resistant thing that makes you happy right now and hold that vibration, hold that thought.

Make that your manifestation practice and you will manifest much faster and more effectively.

Now to go even deeper with this, because I am aware that some people will struggle to do it this way as they have too much core wounding. If that is you, then you just need to go deeper to reprogram your subconscious mind.

If you are struggling to follow the above steps then you need to go deeper.

So go back to step 2 and go even deeper with enquiry. You can ask yourself where these beliefs are coming from. Are they coming from past experiences? Like trauma/failures that created imprints of low self esteem or lack of self belief. Or it could even go as far back as childhood abuse, or even just low self esteem and self love/ feeling unworthy. It’s up to you to enquire but the deeper you go the clearer things become.

The more you become aware of yourself, your thoughts and emotions, the easier it is for you to have the power to change your core beliefs about yourself. You can do this by first realizing the past does not define who you are in the present moment.

You have the power to define who you are, you can change your story and any point in your life and create a new you. Start with counteracting the negative beliefs with affirmations that reflect the new version of yourself that you are trying to create. This is how you become more positive about yourself and about life in order to manifest more effectively.

And you have to be able to hold the frequency of what you believe you will receive when you get the thing you want. So healing your wounding just makes this easier .
