This range is the best performing hours according to the science.
You should also do some activity like book reading, light exercise, little family time or many more to go for sleep early. That activity which make you feel tired or indication of getting rest will make you sleep earlier.
Many people problem is they think and force too much pressure on themselves to wake up early next day but they end waking up late and rather spoil the whole day. So stay calm, avoid thinking much before sleep, get your room a little chill and stay away from any digital devices, then you will relax and tired at that time you will go to sleep.
When you wake up, get out of the bed immediately. I know it hard to break that sleep inertia part. Get up take long stretch and drink lukewarm water. Activity you can involve like have light full body stretch, get sunlight, sit at the balcony, take a walk, write something, etc. all those activity which are easy and pleasurable can be that part of first ten minutes.

• Keep your alarm away from your body position.
• Keep snoozing off if you are using phone.
• Track your progress of your sleeping hours and quality.
Progress slow and consistent, don’t you rush around that you have to wake up early. If you regularly go to sleep at 1 midnight, try sleeping at 00:30. In the next week, you will go to bed at 00:00 then 23:30 then 23:00 week by week and keep the 7 hours’ sleep cycle. Some days you will you will not able to maintain the consistency but you will succeed if you keep the track on.
Note down your purpose before sleep. Like you want to wake up early to read that favorite chapter, to exercise more, to go for jogging early, to write something interest and many more. If your note down that reason maybe task base or spiritual, it’s fine.
Habits after waking up Early
Master the first 10 minute will get you the best habits throughout the day. Even many legends use to say that if you make your morning productive then the whole day become successful. Normally humans tend to achieve or adapt any habits it takes them 21 days. Same goes to the sleeping habits. While everything you learn or you do it takes a lot of time to adapt and the sleep is the most crucial one. So I suggest that do very slowly or you will get lost. Sleeping challenges is being the part of the process and many problems will arise. You have to steady and stay consistent.
When you start waking up early you will feel very sleepy till noon because you just change the habits your body needs time for that. You will also feel dizzy and drowsy at the start 5-10 days but ahead if you stay persistent you will surely grab that habit. You will also wish to sleep after lunch like around 3-4 pm and this is the worst habits I known. Even if you feel sleepy take a power nap for max 30 minutes. After noon sleep get the confusion to your body inside and you will be lot lazy than you think. You can’t be too flexible with it.
When you try to get up in the morning, you will try to sleep just a little bit more and you keep your mobile phone at snooze mode and disrupt your freshness of that time. Actually this activity is really bad because your brain cells get affected and you will feel like headache after a while.
