Are you looking for quick, easy, and all-natural ways to clean your home? Or are you interested in saving money on cleaning products?

Many people turn to organic cleaning products because they don't want their health and the environment exposed to harmful toxins.

Most of the products we use to clean our houses harm the environment. House cleaning should not contribute to polluting the environment.

You can clean your home quickly and efficiently with these simple recipes for household cleaners.

It doesn't take much time or effort, but the results are enormous!

You can make them anytime since you probably have all the ingredients at home.

1. Remove unpleasant odors from your fridge with lemon

There are so many unusual and surprising ways you can use lemons!

You could always make a delicious lemonade or have fun with some DIY projects.

But did you know that placing slices of it on a plate is an easy way to remove unpleasant odors from your fridge?

It's the perfect solution for those days when something didn't get cleaned up right away after dinner.

All you need to do is place several thin layers of sliced lemons in a container, and leave them inside your refrigerator overnight (or as long as possible) and enjoy fresh food without any lingering bad smells!

2. Use vinegar to clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces

You can clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces by simply mixing 1 part of white distilled vinegar with 3 parts of water and spray it on the surface that you want to clean.

When you need to clean your windows, don't use paper towels. Instead, put an old newspaper down and wipe the window with it for a streak-free shine that lasts up to two weeks!

Here's another trick that will get rid of all your germs at once.

Mix equal parts white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide for an all-purpose cleaner that will kill bacteria on contact!

It'll be just like you're spraying down with bleach, but without the harsh chemicals to worry about.

3. Get rid of smells coming from trash using coffee grounds

Coffee grounds are great for more than just a morning jolt.

Coffee grounds can also keep trash cans smelling fresh!

One way to do this is by putting them in the bottom of your garbage or recycling bin before adding any other items to it.

All it takes is a few spoonfuls of ground coffee in the bottom of the trash can to absorb any odors.

4. Use baking soda or apple cider vinegar to your laundry load for extra cleaning power

If your whites need a little extra cleaning power - try an old-fashioned rinse of apple cider vinegar!

Also, you can add some baking soda to your laundry. This will help get rid of any smells that might be lingering on clothes from cooking, sweat, or pets.

5. Get rid of ants using cinnamon

This is such a great green hack! How often have you've been annoyed by ants? I know I was just last month.

Well, now you don't need to worry because there's an eco-friendly way that will get rid of them for good, and fast too!

All you've got to do is sprinkle some cinnamon around their entry points - they can't stand its smell, so this should make sure they won't be back anytime soon.

It doesn't take long, and it doubles as a delicious spice in cooking too ;)

6. Clean your microwave with vinegar and water

We all know that microwaves are super easy to get really dirty. But no worries, there's an easy way to clean it in no time!

All you need is 2 tablespoons of vinegar (any white or apple cider will do) and 2 cups of water. Then put the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl/dish.

Then just pop it onto high power for 3 minutes, leave it for a few minutes to help the steam soften any stains, and use a kitchen towel or sponge to wipe it clean.

Voila!

Your microwave will be clean in no time, plus you will get rid of any odors.

7. Clean pans using salt and lemon

Lemons are a natural cleaning agent, and they're great for getting tough stains out of pots and pans.

Sprinkle coarse salt into the dirty pot or pan, then use a lemon half to scrub away any food that's stuck on.

Rinse thoroughly, and your pans will be squeaky clean!

Also, to get rid of stubborn food residue you can add some dish soap to a pot or pans and boil water for a few minutes.

Let it sit and you will be able to clean it in no time.

8. Remove grass stains with sugar

If you have grass stains on a white fabric, an easy way to get rid of them is to use sugar.

Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the shirt and a bit of water. Leave it to soak for 30 minutes, and then rinse it.

The stains will be gone.

9. Use ketchup to clean metal surfaces

Ketchup is great for much more than just dipping your french fries!

If you need to clean your brass or stainless steel cookware, then all you have to do is use a little bit of ketchup.

All you have to do is rub a thin layer of ketchup on the pots, pans, or grills that need cleaning, let it sit for about 30 minutes then just rinse with water!

Ketchup is a perfect option to make your dirty surfaces shiny and clean.

10. Clean your hands with a sugar scrub

Do you know who always has the best ideas? Your mom. For her, a sugar scrub is an easy way to clean up post-cooking because it's quick and effective!

For the scrub, add two tsp of sugar, one tsp of lemon, and one tsp of olive oil.

This will make your hands soft, hydrated while removing any odors.
