How to make sure you earn your clients every time

Often people do not realize how much their energy can shift the course of an entire situation in a minute, the power of the energy doesn't have limits. When you have good energy you can get your message heard without getting into long or boring talks, your actions, voice tone, and expressions speak for you, showing commitment, self-confidence, knowledge, and willingness. As a leader you're responsible for setting the right tone with your team, every day and every time you have a meeting, you have the responsibility of teaching your people how to change the world by shifting their energy.

Being able to connect with others and close more sales, has a lot to do with the energy with which people carry themselves. Clients don't want an insecure, unmotivated, exhausted people to tell them what they should do because they have hard times trusting someone that does not own their game, and instead is being dragged by it trying to keep up, if that makes sense. Have you ever heard that said: Never take money advice from someone that's broke? IT IS ACTUALLY HOW IT WORKS IN REAL LIFE.

If you or your team don't show excitement for your product, or don't believe in it and the results it can get for your clients, most likely you will get your clients to get their money out of their pockets and give it to someone else. It is impossible, to get on the phone with a potential client, that is willing to spend his money, sounding like you want to die, dominated by that bad energy that comes from over-thinking and self-doubting yourself.

It is important you and your people learn how to handle work and personal life independently from each other, and show up every day like if it was the first day, hungry as hell and ready to impress, it doesn't matter if you got into an argument with your significant other, or if you fought your sister or cousin, or if you feel a failure because you are not sticking up with the diet you said you were going to follow to lose weight and become an attractive single man/woman, every morning you get to work, leave all your personal problems on the door and get ready to get your hands dirty and tackle your goals. Once you get back home, you are also entitled to leave at your office whatever challenging situation you faced that day and make it everything about your family.

This has to do with knowing how to use your energy properly to become more functional at work and life in general. You should be able to choose your battle and know exactly when and where to invest your energy, find the time to concentrate and be present on what you're doing at that given moment.

In order to make sure that your energy stays on the right side, you also have to look after yourself and avoid comparing yourself to others, winners are focused on the game, not on the opponent. You and your actions will determine the results you will get, and your results and the way your results make you feel will develop for good or bad your energy, my recommendation is that you pick up on the good energy. Cut off those thoughts with which you start wondering if you will ever develop the same abilities others have or if you will ever be worthy of recognition others have, the work you have to do is on yourself and projecting yourself as the right choice for others needing what you can offer them. Your presence should shift the energy in a room with thousands of people because you irradiate confidence and project the right image.

No more sounding like you want to die on the phone, no more responding to your emails on automatic without real intention, no more asking the wrong questions, no more just pretending to care, always have the right energy to deliver your message successfully, or you can just leave it up to people to walk away straight to your competitors, and comfort yourself saying "that was not a qualified lead or customer".
