To segment is to classify your prospective customers into different and smaller groups. You need to divide them according to their interests, behaviors, age, gender, location and so forth. One way you can do this is by conducting a survey of your potential clients. Design the survey in such a way that the respondents will supply the information that you need so that you can classify them.

Once you are able to segment your prospective customers, it will be easier for you to personalize your emails. This will reduce instances of subscribers unsubscribing from your email list.

Professionally crafted images of your real estate products will really sell. But professionally done videos of your products will sell more because it is a more powerful medium of communication. A press release accompanied by a video content will really attract potential real estate buyers.

If you understand the 4WH1, you will understand why the particular real estate marketing strategy is good or why it is bad.

There may be more innovative ways of communicating with potential clients. But one method still remains. That is the sending of emails to customers. Most people still check their emails every day. Take advantage of this proclivity and use effective marketing strategies to bring your real estate products to the attention of your target market.
