#1. Have a clear agenda

Your OKR review meeting should start with overall progress on the high-priority goals. Discuss the progress made in the past week.

#4. Set new priorities for the next OKR cycle

An integral part of every OKR process is continuous improvement. Regular reflections and retrospectives allow for better goal planning and execution next time. For every cycle, OKRs should remain flexible.

At times, the OKRs can be carried from one quarter to another with minor calibrations. However, at other times you need to close out the existing OKRs and create new ones, based on the changes in the market and consumer expectations.

Document best practices in an OKR playbook so that when you move from one quarter to another, you can revisit the past retrospectives to make informed decisions.
