LOADED is a restaurant from Developyn’s hometown, puting their own unique twist on the way they serve their food - by having the customer choose a base for their meal (eg rice, pasta, chips) and then loading a topping on top to accompany it. The restaurant is a popular spot in the Wollaston area of Stourbridge and has been trading for a while now. They decided to take the next step in their journey and reached out to us with the request of having an attractive and functional website built for them. Needless to say we leaped at the opportunity and began the development process soon afterwards.

A place for character to shine through

We completed this project in May of 2021 after roughly 1-2 weeks of development. The site is built using WordPress in order to allow the owners to have full creative control and edit the site freely without requiring in-depth knowledge of website development. It acts as an online home base for the restaurant; offering a glimpse into just who they are and what they do.

We applied the business’ branding throughout the website, ensuring the feel of a sophisticated, modern food venue, and working well to represent the restaurant’s menu of hearty and comfort foods. With such a visually appealing product on offer, it was easy to use imagery to capture attention and really set the scene for the website. Some of the features that we implemented onto this site include a ‘meet the team’ style section, a menus page and also a reviews section - each serving a purpose within the site, whether it be functional or aesthetic orientated one.

As previously mentioned, the site being built using the WordPress content management system will allow the staff of LOADED to make updates to their own website without having to outsource a web developer each time. They will have the power to post important updates and alter things from their gallery to their contact information, and everything in between.

  • Interactive map integration in order to allow customers to find the restaurant easily and try it out for themselves.
  • Review section integration to display and receive customer feedback that has been left for the restaurant, revealing the quality that is ensured when eating here.
  • Menus and monthly specials section allowing visitors to remotely look into what is on offer, and also allowing the owners to keep the site active and updated.

We’re pleased to say that the team at LOADED were very happy with the work we produced for them. They were one of the first clients to utilise our WordPress web design service and it’s great to see that it ran as a success at such an early stage. Since we’ve started this service, we’ve also developed a WordPress service dashboard where anyone can launch their own website and have it live within 15 minutes - ready for them to either design themselves or have us take care of. You can find our dashboard here.

For now, we’re very happy to have worked alongside LOADED. They were a pleasure to do business with and it’s great knowing that we’re helping people from our own hometown achieve their goals! We look forward to enjoying their delicious food for years to come, and encourage you to too.
