We in the ice cream truck line of business retail a wide range of ice cream such as Bulk ice cream, Novelty ice cream, Frozen fruit pops, Low-fat and nonfat ice cream, Frozen yogurt, Flavored ice, Other frozen desserts (except bakery) to a wide range of customers along with the locations where we intend positioning our ice cream truck. We have put plans to sell our franchise and offer consultancy services in line with our business area. People behind the Gelachuros are the three managing partners and six investors. The managing partners and investors are good friends since the first college. The first managing partners, namely Ms. Willah De Chavez got fond of baking during her quarantine period; she baked some sweet pastries until discovering one of her churros' specialties. One day, Ms.Fampulme and Ms.Mendoza, a close friend of Ms. De Chavez, propose a business to build a European Inspired Ice cream truck that will be the first-ever style of Ice cream seller in Batangas City. We are in the Ice Cream Production / Ice cream truck Industry to favorably compete with other leading and industry brands. Our corporate business goal is to contribute to the country's development and growth, economy, increase the percentage of Ice cream and churros involved in business, and provide the best quality of Ice cream and churros every time to retain customers. As a company, we are willing to go the extra mile to invest in some of the finest professionals we can find. We have also set plans to acquire the best equipment for setting up a standard ice cream production plant/ice cream truck business. Our truck cum mobile cold – rooms (Freezers) are customized to fit into the kind of ideas we have of how a first-class ice cream truck business should look. When it comes to hygiene and proper packaging, we have put plans, processes, and structures in place to ensure that we are always at the top of the game when it comes to that. We have been able to secure permits from all relevant departments in Batangas.

Beyond every reasonable doubt, the demand for ice creams is not going to drop any time soon, which is why we have put plans in place to continue to explore all available in the market around the cities where our ice cream truck will pass through and also ensure that we create a wide range of distribution channels via franchising. With that, we know that we will be able to maximize profits in our business.

Our most vital selling point at "Gelachuros."

It is the unique taste of the different ice creams and churros that we will produce and sell. There is hardly any customer that will taste any of our products which would not want to come back and make more purchases – we take delight in welcoming repeated customers over and over again. Gelachuros will at all-time demonstrate her commitment to sustainability, both individually and as a firm, by actively participating in our communities and integrating sustainable business practices wherever possible. We will ensure that we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards by meeting our customers' needs precisely and completely whenever they patronize our products. We will cultivate a working environment that provides a human, sustainable approach to earning a living and living in our world for our partners, employees, and customers.

We plan to position "Gelachuros to become the leading brand in the ice cream production/ice cream truck industry in the whole of Batangas, and also to be the market leader in the production and distribution of Gelachuros food products in Batangas city opens at least seven branches nationwide in 15 years. This might look too tall a dream, but we are optimistic that this will surely come to pass because we have done our research and feasibility studies. We are enthusiastic and confident that Batangas City is the right place to launch this type of business before spreading to other cities all across the CALABARZON area.

The "Gelachuros" will be targeting those kids, students, adults, and most especially vegans alike because Gelato is for all ages. We will also create a different Gelato and Churros variance as we have been operating and adopting those new trends. We will serve our product, ensuring the quality and acceptable price of the product. Our primary flavors are vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and other European all-time favorite flavors of Gelato. Besides it, we will also offer a Filipino flavor. We will offer various vegetable gelatos like carrots for those vegan people who usually know as people who did not consume meat and other dairy foods. We will also create a menu set wherein bundles and different menus are perfect pairs for our Gelachuros. Our product will be served through our ice cream truck adopted from a European country, like America. It will be a significant edge over our competitors because we can offer our product in different places serving and maintaining its quality.

Competition

The ice cream truck industry, just like any other industry, has competitors that are in every niche and on every scale, which usually gives customers options as regards cheaper pricing or better services or both. So, taking the above competition analysis "Gelachuros," an Ice cream truck style which has no specific location that will be parked at public events, or near parks, beaches, or other areas where people congregate that can go along with our different target market — outside schools, in residential areas, or other locations. Our aim of starting "Gelachuros" is to build a business that can grow within the first 15 years of establishing the company and produce at least seven branches of trucks in Batangas. With that in mind, we have developed competitive strategies that will help us compete favorably in the industry.

We are going to be one of the very few ice cream truck companies in Batangas City

with vending machines in our truck. Another competitive advantage that we have is our management team's vast experience; we have people on board who are highly experienced and understand how to grow business from scratch to becoming a national phenomenon. The wide varieties of Gelato and churros flavors that we produce, our free distribution, and of course, our excellent customer service culture will count as a muscular strength for the business. One thing is sure; we will ensure that our ice cream truck is well equipped and meet the required standard at all times.
