How to Get a Job with No Experience
Learn the skills you need for the job if you have no experience.
It is not easy to get the job with no experience, but it is achievable. Here we will highlight some of the steps where you can stand out in the pile of the job application.
Build a network.
Go to the public networking events or social events; Meet with new people, and start building relationships and build connections via LinkedIn or other social media. It may not lead to getting to the good jobs right away but you’ll have spent an evening learning from people who share your professional interests.
Write a blog.
It is a good idea to write down what you have learned. An employer wants to know whether you have the ability to do the job or not. You can share something that you have written related to the job to the employer. This will leave a good impression on the employer.
Learn non-technical skills.
Degree and technical skills are not just important to hire. Although it is also important these skills aren't always enough on their own. They need to add up with non-technical skills (often called “soft skills”) in order for a candidate to be well-rounded and a productive member of your team.
Build up your resume.
If you don't have a resume you better make one. First, write down your skills and what you offer on paper. Next, the step is to make your resume. The resume is the proper template where you can write the information about your skills, contact experience, hobbies in a proper structure.
Look for job sites.

Work for free.
It is not a good idea to work for free. But for example, if you are new to the field or the competition is very high in the market, you offer them that you can work for free because you want to learn from them. So there is a chance that you can slowly make your position a permanent salary job.
Do the work before you apply.
When you're looking for a new job, chances are many other people are applying for the same job. Fill out job applications. It requires gathering all the information you'll need to apply. Get knowledge of what employers wants from you.
Don't react on no selection.
It is true that out of many people apply for the job and few are selected for the job. So don't get frustrated. Learn from your mistake and make it better next time. Learning is a never-ending process.
Don't let your "no" experience daunt you. It is ok to take a break to find a job because you will definitely learn from something.
