Advance with Confidence

Your work history will always be a benefit to your company position. As long as you have been an asset, you are set. I would call it vested. Which means you put the company position ahead of yourself. In other words, you are all in. This is what today's companies want. The job market can be a complicated place to maneuver for job seekers and employers. When a company has a good, reliable, trustworthy employee they will want to keep them. It is an investment versus cost type equation. What do you bring vs. what do you cost me? This hopefully will translate into a beneficial position for the company. You are an asset. This is why the company is stronger, because of what I bring to the table.

Remember you are vested. Confidence comes into play here. Be confident of your value and what you bring to the table. Most companies will appreciate your commitment to the overall health of the company. This can be translated into security. The company is secure and will continue to be secure as long as we all work towards the same conclusion. This conclusion is the success and health of the company.

Value vs. Cost

What your perceived value is in the company always reinforces your asset position. The company needs reliable and trustworthy employees that will perform at their highest level. A healthy and secure company relies on people with these qualities. To continue on an upward climb, the company needs people like you with your qualities and reliability. Your company history will reinforce your desire for a promotion. It will benefit the company and you.

Benefit Position

Your current company position is reflective of your values and attitude towards the company. You are an asset. Company health is important to everyone's well being. You are not the only employee working at this company. It is healthy for everyone involved when the company assets are protected and the company position is securely maintained. Again, it is all about the company. Promotions will not matter if the company cannot maintain a stake in the market. As a valued member, the company must understand your value. Proving your commitment to the work you do is a great way to reinforce your potential for future positions.

Company Position

The company is profitable and stable. This translates into a healthy position in the market. All companies wish to reach this level of stability. When achieved it must be maintained. This is where managed detection and response systems are crucial to maintaining company position. It's all about security. The work you do is supporting this position. This will secure your standing in the hierarchy and keep stakeholders comfortable. The investors want to feel confident in their decisions based on the company's health. Your direct involvement in this effort will result in a stable position for you and your future.

Confidence

The position you maintain and your history with the company proves your commitment. Again, you are vested in the company's position and health. This is magnified when your fellow associates respond in kind and everyone works towards a common goal. This is the company's confidence. It will help hold market share and position. This type of persistence is what stakeholders look for when investing their time and money. No one wants to invest in an unhealthy company or sustain an unhealthy relationship. This goes all the way down to the entry-level employees who are looking to advance within the organization. This projects company health and position. Which helps maintain market value.

When all the company assets are well protected and the overall health is good, you can effectively ask for a promotion. The company will support this when your abilities are assessed and your strengths are shown to support the company's mission and goals. The future looks bright and sustainable.
