You Can Find The Good Side Of Everything

Hey, how are you all doing? So basically, as all of us, I am in #quarantine and I was also was #selfisolated for some time. And I was thinking about bringing up the discussion on anxieties and happy moments during these uncertain times of corona. What might be most productive and useful for us to do during this challenging period? On the other hand, if you think about it, it is not too bad...

Intro: In this blog we are going to talk about arrange of situation, experiences, concepts, restrictions, realization among other things. My name is Lior and I am here giving you a little bit of this and a little bit of that. We are going to talk about so many different issues, SO LET'S GO!

Well, I did not mean that the situation that was opposed on us is great, I myself can't wait to see it over. But I was thinking about why not to look at the good side of the situation. Remember, there is always a good side/reason for anything that is happening to us in our life. So, stay tuned…

First and foremost, we feel it is almost over, the business started opening on a part-time basis. But for those of us who are still in their houses, this might be a great opportunity to invest in ourselves, for example, learning a new language, purchasing an online course, or even starting a business on Amazon or something related…

Second, repeat it after me: It is also okay not do anything at all sometimes; and I mean seriously, we sometimes, and I can say it on behalf of myself, we need to rest our body from the stress we have in our life. Especially now. So, take one or three hours (or even more if you need) to just do whatever makes you feel good, listen to music, watch Netflix and have fun, call your friends to do facetime videos. There are plenty of things you can do. For example, my BFF (also my roommate) is running a YouTube channel where he reviews singers and albums, I even filmed with him several videos as a guest... (

And now, before moving on to talk about ideas during this unpleasant time, I would like to discuss here, our concerns and anxieties). so I would like to share with you what were mine:

I moved to the UK about 10 months ago, I am a bit new to the UK. when the whole thing started I was thinking about moving back to my home country because I thought this would be the smartest decision to make. Apparently many European nationals who used to live here, returned to their countries. Moreover, I lost my job because of corona. However, fortunately, I have decided to stay in the UK.

I told myself not to let this pandemic ruin my dream to live in the UK. What I did was I started watching lots of self-motivational videos on YouTube, but mainly videos that simply explain how to get away with the financial difficulties I was facing during the lockdown. And I am happy to say I feel I made a good decision to stay here. I am learning how to open an online business. not only reduce the stress Coronavirus brought to us but mainly to have financial freedom. Please fingers crossed!

While there were those who felt like it was self-prisoning rather than self-isolation, this actually was not the case with me. , But it was for so many individuals. I understand and feel you guys and hope you are all safe and with good vibes as much as you could have. Remember: we only live once but once is enough if you do it right... So, let's talk about ideas to help us diminishing these fears.

Okay, yes, it sounds like a cliché, but chill out, relax. First of all, I would recommend doing some yoga. There are so many apps and online courses you can do. What about some meditation perhaps...??? Exercise! It is important not just for your body but mainly for your soul. Studies show that exercise releases endorphins, which create feelings of happiness and euphoria. This activity does not need to be necessary for hours, even 10 minutes a day is fine and essential. Of course, the more you work out the better, but you know your body and your abilities then you can manage accordingly.

As you may know already, there are plenty of online courses you can purchase. Besides, reading books, any subject that you are interested in. I, for example, love the law, I want to study law at university, so I bought an Introduction to The English Legal System book, to widen my horizon, to enrich my knowledge on the subject. Morally, try to spend time reading. If you are not that type of person who reads a book, no worries, that's great, on YouTube there are lots of free lectures and tutorials on so many subjects and the audiobook is a fantastic alternative.

Again, doing nothing is also a great idea as long as you guys are fine with it and keep on a healthy way of life.

Simply do what makes you feel good and happy, it will help you alleviate the concerns or anxieties you encountered during this frustrating period.

And now, what was a happy moment this week? let me think, perhaps listening to Mariah Carey's Glitter album... I just cannot believe how this album was not successful (lol).

Nevertheless, but related somehow, this time made us realize how technology is so important and valuable, you could keep in touch with your friends and family no matter where you are in the world. You can find jobs get interviewed over the camera, that is crazy! I am sure we appreciate tech now much more than ever!

The most important thing is that you now know how to deal with what is going on now. And a quick reminder, you are loved, smart, beautiful, and can do a lot to achieve your goals and dreams, simply because you can!
