Will He Ever Commit?

While we think people, more specifically men, will just say what they want, we are dead wrong. That is so incorrect, 2+2 equaling 5 would make more sense. Men are different creatures, they say what is on their mind until they realize that they have allowed their emotions to slip up, then the game changes. Men are foreign to emotions so they suppress them until its too late and they have just lost the love of their life. Then there are some men who take the leap of faith and wake up to realize that their life is nothing without that girl by his side. We can usually tell the signs if he has any intention of committing or if he is just too afraid or stuck up to ever do such a thing.

First, let's touch on some signs he will NOT be committing to you.. at least not any time in the near future.

Trickery

When you start to feel like you have to trick him into committing, that is one of the first signs he won't commit.

Details

He leaves out big details about his life and just doesn't feel the need to tell you things, and he probably doesn't care to ask about the big things in your life either.

It's all about him.

This sign obviously still gets brushed off as narcissistic, but let's be realistic, most narcissists will not truly commit. When hanging out becomes all about when it's good for him. Yes, people have lives, but this takes it to the next step because when you are on the verge of a breakdown he should be there no matter what, not making you feel guilty for the way you feel.

Now the signs that he is almost ready to commit...at least sometime in the near future :)

Being Around

You are his go-to girl with the bad or good news, he is over at your place during the day to hang out, go finish his business and then come back to you for the night.

He's reliable.

You never have to remind him of plans or ask if you are still on for a date because this guy will already be reminding you. Nothing else will come up during those allotted times, because that is his time with his girl.

Opinion

He will ask your opinion on little things and those little things will gradually turn into big future plans, more than likely with you. Maybe he will ask something along the lines of what color looks best on a man. He is asking your opinion because he cares what you think.

Your lives become one.

You start attending each other's family events, sports games with his friends, etc.. It is kind of disappointing when you can't attend so he may even try to cut the night early just so he can be back with you. Or maybe he will text you throughout the entire event. While he knows to give you space and of course he wants his, you and your happiness will always be in the back of his mind.

Keys

This one should be pretty obvious if he gave you a key or asks if you would like a key to his place, he is trying to commit without flat out saying it. There is room for you in his life no matter what and he feels like he can share his private life with you.

The Little Things

He will remember the little things like your pet peeves, your favorite color, etc. The little things mean so much to him because they are what make you...you.

We

He will start to refer to you as "we" or "us" to the people around him because he sees you two as a couple, and nowadays, couple can mean anything, until it starts turning conversations into "we's" and "us's."

These are pretty telltale signs of committing or no committing any time soon. Listen to your gut, it is usually always right.
