Were the 2022 predictions right?

It's that time of year again so let's get into it. All of this is true as of December 31st, 2022.

Judy Heavenly predicted that Covid would make its way out by the end of the year with state or local flair ups. While she is right that life has went back to as normal as possible and there were flair ups, covid really didn't make an exit from our lives. She predicted that Joe Biden would restore the economy and the economy is different but it's because of inflation. Judy said that Joe would get sick or have health issues in the second half of the year, but he did have a busy year. She did predict a strong economy and that inflation would be up. There was a strong economy and inflation was on the rise.

She predicted that the exports from the U.S. for oil would be up including those to Asia and Europe. This was partly true due to the conflict in Ukraine and the middle east. Judy predicted a tight labor market that will demand pay hikes. There were a lot of help wanted signs out and staffing shortages that could have led to people being able to ask for more money at their new or current job. She also predicted that domestic airfare would go up 20%. She thinks food prices would also continue to go up. The prices of everything went up this year. Judy also said federal agencies would go paperless, which they have been doing for years.

Judy predicted that there would be new laws for CBD. Which CBD laws are always changing. Judy predicted Brian Kemp would win the 2022 Georgia Republican governor nomination. He did and won the title of Governer. Judy also predicted that Dr. Mehmet Oz would win the Senate race in Pennsylvania in 2022. He won the nomination but lost the senate race. Judy thought Kevin Mc Carthy may replace Nancy Pelosi. While Nancy announced her retirement, we don't know for sure who will replace her. Mc Carthy was mentioned. Judy believed working from home will be here to stay, which it is so far.

Judy believed Cybercrime would be on the rise and social media would be used to hack workers. Cybercrime wasn't any higher this past year especially when it came to social media. She predicted American business would also be under attack. There haven't been any stories of note when it came to this. Judy predicted that policy makers will focus on weatherproof the power grid. There were also no stories of note for this either. She predicts that there may be a drone attack on this structure. Which there were attacks on the power grid. Judy thought that because of high home prices and mortgages that there would be more people moving into condos. Now people were staying in their apartments longer because of house prices, there were no news on how house prices affected condo sales.

Judy predicted that a cyberattack on a major fuel pipeline, which didn't happen. She thought hybrid cars will become more popular as consumer worry about rising gas prices as they are more economical for many buyers. There was more of an interest in hybrid and electric cars, but I don't know if there were more hybrid cars bought. Judy believed a new type of fighter Jet developed to be even stealthier and can last longer than any current Air Force planes and will serve as a data hub for autonomous drone wingmen. There are new jets being developed now.

Judy also predicted that instead of defunding the police local government will devote more money to the police because violent crime and thefts on the uprise. This actually happened in 2022. Judy predicted a law passed making daylight savings time permanent, keep the springtime clock switch all year long. This also happened.

Judy believed the Sussexes (Harry and Megan) will reconcile with the Royals because of the Queen’s recent health scare, and her Majesty will welcome this. Judy predicted after June the queen might experience a fall in the Palace, and hospitalization might bring Queen Elizabeth’s reign to an end. Judy thought Prince Charles when he takes over the throne and will slim down the Monarchy to save money by reducing the number of full-time working members of the family to only to those in the immediate line of succession. There wasn't a reconciliation, but the Queen's reign ended after her death. I don't know how much they slimed down the workers though.

Judy believed that Paris Hilton and her new husband could expect a baby boy in 2022. This wasn't true. Judy also believed Adele will have sold out shows at Caesar’s Palace hotel, later in the year she could announce her engagement. The engagement part wasn't true. As usual she predicted that Simon Cowell will get married and knighted. He did get engaged and knighted. She also predicted Rihanna and A$AP Rocky will announce that they're getting married. Which they did. Judy predicted we will say goodbyes to Barbara Walters, Jimmy Carter, Pope Benedict XV, Tony Bennett, and a foreign leader. We did lose Barbara Walters, Pope Benedict and a Prime minister of a foreign country. Jimmy carter and Tony Bennett are still alive.
