You have noticed that a lot of "wise" posts on social networks have the same message: "Achieve your goal at all costs! Fulfill your dream! Don't stop, don't hesitate, don't think, don't look - just go ahead! " Yes, everything is fine and fair.

It's just that many don't know what they want from life and what their dream is! How to understand what you want can be found in this article.

We are referring not only to your profession or your purpose but also to the simpler things - which man do I want to live with? Do I want to buy a green or yellow blouse? Do I want to work or not? Do I want to play sports or not?

It occupies an active position in life

That's the decent thing to do, and it should end there. Here lies a secret, we passionately do only what makes sense to us. If you intend to carry out your plans only after you have found your purpose in life, then the chariot will not rush.

So, be prepared to do anything, even when you don't know if you want to or not. Napoleon said, "It's important to start fighting, and then we'll see."

Listen to your inner navigator

Listen to your inner voice. Certainly, there are a lot of desires in you, which are consciously blocked or not. "Because my mother always said it's not good to jump in puddles. And I like it… Because friends always make fun of clowns - that's not a serious job.

And I like it… "He simply lets his inner voice speak. It is impossible that you have never whispered something that would make you happy, joyful, or what you have to throw out of your life. Don't ignore this limp voice. But that doesn't mean you have to start doing everything she dictates to you, it's just that you're going to have a work front.

Sort work material

So you listened and you heard. You listened for a day, a week, a month. And as a result, you chose something. Now sit at the table (not on a bench, not on the couch, but at the table with a sheet of paper in front and a pen), focus, and write in two columns: "I like it" and "I don't like it. ". Leave the sheet and go to bed.

During the morning coffee, reread, erase aberrations. Now you have not only a bunch of confused thoughts of the soul, but where do you put them classified! It's already good. Now, ideally, the first colony should be fully realized, and the second - be excluded from your life. Towards that.

We could end the article here. If you have a serious approach, then you will have a lot of work and rich fruits, respectively. But more is possible.

Get out of your comfort zone

Thinking about water, you will not learn to swim. That's why you just start experimenting a little bit, try to do what you haven't done before. Here you will find the "I like" list: Your task is to find for each "I like" the equivalent of "That's why I want to try". For example, you like walking. Have you ever tried to get out of your favorite park and get out of town for a walk on the hills?

Then write this down in the column "I want to try"! The journey may not arouse your delight. Wonderful! Then you will continue to look for what suits you. Let's say the bicycle. But after a walk in the park (actually, you didn't just think about it) you found yourself bored.

Then you start looking for people with the same interests and you inevitably find whole companies, which periodically move to picturesque places. And here you come to your true wish - "I want to go for a walk with the gang today"!

"Self-searching on the couch" is a new trend of the season. Pseudo-philosophers are ridiculous, discussing in a cup of latte that life has no meaning, and they are looking for it, and when they find it, they will inevitably begin to act and live their lives to the fullest. They won't find him. Because I'm not doing anything about it.

Setting a goal is a gradual and colossal task, but we will learn consistently and thoroughly how to do it. For now, you have to take the first step and necessarily (!) To bring it to life, only after that do you move on to the next stage. Gathering and collecting dead knowledge without applying it in everyday life is meaningless, and sometimes it hurts even more. Therefore, stay with us, and together we will continue to set new goals.
