Unconscious thoughts are the most energy-consuming of life

If you look deeper, every thought, sound, and thought diverts your energy because it is essentially energy, it is your energy.

1. You have too much on your mind

Sometimes, you can feel it if you have too much on your mind for a while and your head just keeps spinning.

You will be very tired, very tired because your energy is exhausted and scattered among the myriad things in your mind.

Similarly, if you worry and worry about too many things at once in your life, you will feel drained and physically exhausted.

On another level, you will see that there are many connections between your body and the things and people outside and that you are sending energy to them continuously.

So when you finish an important task/task or end a heavy relationship, you feel relieved and happy because you've just cut the cord and got your energy back.

There are indeed countless ways to meditate on the level of "art", such as counting, paying attention to the breath, paying attention to the body, chanting Buddha symbols, and various visualizations... And so on. And they do help.

But you need to be aware that, at a fundamental level, it is your involuntary misuse of your energy that is causing your mind to be so noisy.

So you can see people who are pure of heart and unencumbered.

Even if they don't know how to meditate, they have a calm mind, a relaxed life, and a high-energy vibrational frequency.

2. The mind is a tool for translation

Nothing drains your energy more than worrying about these things. Fear is at the core of why you can't help abusing your energy.

Are you working hard and trying to plug all the holes because you're worried about your boss spot-checking you?

Are you trying to please your partner in any way you can because you're afraid he or she will leave you?

Are you desperate to start a business because you're worried about running out of money?

Desperate for a promotion?

Do you worry that people will tell you that you're not good enough, rich enough, or beautiful enough to do all the things you can do?

The MIND IS A GREAT TRANSLATIONAL TOOL, AND ONE OF ITS USES IS TO TRANSLATE YOUR CURRENT PRIMARY EMOTION/IMPULSE INTO A SET OF THOUGHTS THAT CAN BE IMPLEMENTED INTO PHYSICAL REALITY.

For example, if you have a feeling/urge to relax for a while, then observe whether a thought/thought automatically comes to you immediately after.

These thoughts might be bathing, karaoke, drinking, talking to friends or traveling.....

So, you can see that the brain that appears to be driving your behavior, but, at the very core, is your deepest emotions and impulses.

3. Self-awareness is the only way

If your deepest emotions and impulses at the moment are dominated by fear, then the mind will automatically and constantly provide solutions to the fear.

So, your mind is filled with all kinds of ideas around the core of fear. You reject one, and countless others pop up.

Even if you are not aware of the core of fear, the functions of the mind, and consciously observe them, the mind will speak automatically, anytime, anywhere, without your control, and your mind will become a radio playing hundreds of stations at once.

Therefore, keeping conscious, non-judgmental self-awareness and seeing if fear is the dominant emotion behind each thought, thought, or action will intrinsically improve the problem of too much noise during meditation.

Because AS YOU DO SO, YOU ARE SEEING THINGS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE HIGHER SELF/SELF (THERE ARE MANY NAMES), WHICH IS ITSELF PEACE, LOVE, JOY, AND WISDOM.

Thus, THE MORE YOU can MAINTAIN SELF-AWARENESS IN YOUR DAILY LIFE, THE MORE OFTEN YOU EQUATE YOURSELF WITH YOUR HIGHER SELF/SELF SELF.

The mind then naturally dies down. When you go to holy places like Kailash, the Himalayas, or places with high energy like beautiful mountains and rivers, you will feel peaceful.

It follows that high energy contributes to a more peaceful state.

Because tranquility is an aspect/property of high vibrational energy.

When you calm down, feel and be aware of yourself without judgment, you see yourself through a lens that transcends the ego.

From this, you slowly change from the small self to the higher self. And the higher self itself is the serenity, joy, and wisdom that are invisible and unshapeless.
