It's okay to be alone.

Everything is good, when you’re on top of the world living life. Once it all goes wrong, that is when you know who is really there. That’s when you know who was always true, and who was always fake. Not everyone that says they always going to be there is always there. They disappear when things are down, and your broke. The minute you get that money and start getting your life together; that’s when they come back and suddenly know you. They do every trick in the book just to stay in your life. They pretend to be happy for you, they pretend to love you. Say the right words at the right time, you get so distracted from everything else, that you don’t notice the red flags right in front of you. You don’t see how much they are draining you. They've been doing it for so long, that it’s easy for them, it’s like a game to them. They want to see how much they can push you, until you break. When you fight back you are wrong for it, you’re the bad guy. Meanwhile, they have been taking just about almost everything from you.

Just because they became so envious of you. They hate the fact that you are doing better than them. They decide to stay home and do nothing, while you go and work hard for what you get. For every down fall you have, they laugh and act new. For every time you are down, they turn their backs on you. Or pretend to help, but then leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere. With nowhere to go, and barely any help, I would’ve thought that a total stranger would do such thing. Always suspect a stranger, right? Meanwhile it’s the people that say "I love you." It's people you thought you could trust, people you have given just about everything to them. They play the role so good, it leaves you wondering where it all went left. You were always there for them, in every situation, every tear, every happy moment, every sad moment. They play it so well you got blindsided, you got played like a fool. Everyone knew the joke except you, then again, how can you? When you’re the joke they are laughing at, people tell you what’s really going on. Those words aren’t being heard, because those things weren’t wasn’t being shown at the time.

It was covered up, with all the lies and misguidance, it was covered up, with the sad stories that they rehearsed. One thing about those people though, they always slip up. Always listen to what they say when they are mad, because half the time they mean it. An angry person always says what they feel when they are mad. They always cover it with the “I’m sorry I was mad I didn’t mean it.” What’s crazy is that everyone falls for it. We love them so much, that we see past that. We try to see the good in them. Then in the long run it bites us right in the butt. They will be the first ones to betray you in a heartbeat. They will be the first one to tell everything about you to everyone. Not having a care in the world, but then get mad when things about them hit the surface. Don’t do to others what you don’t want done to you. Before saying anything about anyone, make sure there isn’t any skeleton in your closet. Those doors eventually break off, and everything comes out, for everyone to see. Always be humble, or life will do it for you.
