The elegance of tea, marrying a monkey and other quotes to make you laugh or go, HMMMM!
wisdom from the sages
"A full cup must be carried steadily."
"Keep no secrets of thyself, from thyself."
"A group united for a purpose becomes invincible, though each person by himself is weak."
"A harvest of peace grows from the seed of contentment."
I played an online game of Mahjong. It went on forever. Every game that I won rewarded me with a gift of a wise saying. This quite encouraged me to win as many games as I possibly could.
I played a lot of games, I got a lot of wisdom.
Over the years I found myself collecting these little gems. I would write them down in my quotes journal, or pin my favorites on the wall around the house where I could read and enjoy them every day.
I have decided to share them with you, in the hope that I can put a smile on someone's face today, where maybe, for one reason or the other, there had been a frown.
My contribution to the ongoing struggles and stresses that we are facing, will be to use more soothing and kind words in the 'Pursuit of HAPPY-NESS', or happiness for everyone. For, indeed, 'A soft answer, turneth away wrath.'
"The heart that loves is always young."
For:
"Out of small acorns, grow mighty oaks."
I hope that you will find a bit of fun, and enjoy a little food for thought in the good intentioned lessons and sound advice from masters of thoughts and words.

I shall stay my fingers here, though I have a whole cache of written words to impart. I hope that someone will find at least one quote to be a little beneficial. To cheer someone up, if even for a short time, or to be taken to heart for much longer.
Peace.
Love.
And unity.
For, after all,
"Genius can be recognized by it's childish simplicity."
Continually give. Continually gain.
