1. To succeed, you must believe

"It simply came to our notice then. But he who does not believe this cannot. This is an immutable and indisputable law. "

This is a great quote because it doesn't just urge you to "believe in yourself." It explains why, to do something, you have to believe in yourself and your abilities.

It is strange how difficult it is to see how persuasion controls the outcome of your actions and that you are accustomed to looking at the world from a single perspective.

When you think you can do something, your perception changes. Without such a change of perspective, it is difficult to find the courage, encouragement, enthusiasm, and any other qualities needed in you. There are also self-fulfilling predictions. If you think you will not succeed, chances are you will start to get nervous or even make a mistake (sometimes unconsciously). On the other hand, if you think you are capable of doing something, your brain will start looking for solutions and acting instead of revolting. Without such concentration, your brain cannot find the necessary resources and solutions.

2. Exceed your limits

"I always do things I can't do because that's how I learn how to do them."

Exceeding your limits is necessary for your continued development. And the more you outdo yourself, the faster you develop. This can seriously reduce your negative emotions. And when these feelings are not in your mind and body, it becomes easier to focus, experience positive emotions, and finally, get good results and learn what you want.

3. Don't wait for the right inspiration or time

"Inspiration exists, but it has to come through work."

I think it's better to follow Pablo's advice and just start working. At first, the work can progress with difficulty and can cause quite a strong aversion. But a little later, the inspiration will overwhelm you. Things will start to go easier and better.

4. Act

"Leave tomorrow only what you don't want to do until death. Action is the key to success. "

Without action, any information - no matter how important - is useless. It is also part of personal development or life in general, which is often forgotten or ignored. The action is scary. Many believe that the action is difficult or that it is not the right time. But getting used to doing more and more can make a big difference.

5. Ask the right questions

"Others saw what was happening and asked why. I saw what could have been, and I wondered why not. "

It's easy to ask the wrong questions. Questions whose answers will only confirm that you are incompetent, stupid and that your future is limited. Questions that will sink you instead of raising them. Always ask yourself positive questions.

When something negative happens at first glance, ask yourself: what is good about it? What can I learn here? In any case, there is something you can learn and use to create positive experiences in the future.

When communicating with others, ask yourself: How can I bring more benefits (understanding, help, practical solutions, joy, liveliness, etc.) to this communication?

Of course, there are many other positive questions. I think the main thing is to turn the questions you ask yourself into positive ones that open - not close - the door to opportunities.

6. Do not judge and you will discover the hidden beauty

"If you could get rid of the brain and use only the eyes…"

One of the advantages of living in the present, in everyday life, is that you analyze and label-less the things and people around you. You will start judging less.

This may sound strange, but when you live in the present, the familiar world becomes more interesting and wonderful. The colors may look brighter. See more vivacity in trees, nature, and people. See a miracle in all things created by man. What often seems boring from the start becomes enchanting and valuable.

As if you were looking at the world with more clarity and curiosity. It's like being little kids again, exploring things that still seem fresh.

7. It's never too late

"Youth has no age."

Don't let public opinion dictate what you can and can't do, just because of your age. In most cases, age is only in your brain. Think about point 1 and choose for yourself what you can do. Also, use point 6 and ask the right questions, not the ones that limit you.

Remember!

And remember that in reality there is only the present moment. So don't get too stuck in the past. In most cases, you don't have to act on your past actions. If you go this route, this is your choice. But you can also decide to do something else. Right now.

If you look at your life as a timeline, then it's too late to change anything. If you learn to live in the present moment, to be more present in the "now", most of these thoughts simply disappear. You understand that you can consciously choose and do much of what you want now, you can build a future with new opportunities.
