My Pet Peeves

Everyone has their share of pet peeves. Some are very open about them while others may be a little more shy about them. I personally do not like to complain too much about things or circumstances in this world as I am just thankful to be alive in such a cultured world. However, there are a few things that set me off or fuel my fire.

Number 1

Being rushed

I for one hate it when I am working on a task and I am bombarded by someone telling me to hurry up. Especially if they were the one to ask me to do said task. When I commit to a task, I COMMIT and I go at my own pace. I understand that there are certain situations where I need to hurry but not all the time. Sometimes I just want to take it slow. Plus, with certain things, I feel it is easier to take my time and get it right the first time.

Number 2

“There is only one way to do something”

I hate it when someone says this. It is obviously not true. There are various ways to accomplish any task. People who think like this are usually either pessimistic or a realist. People that say stuff like this never have the optimism to come up with different solutions to solve a problem.

Number 4

Others trying to manipulate me

Another thing that fuels my fire is when someone tries to manipulate me into doing something for their own gain. I absolutely hate this and will not tolerate it as I do not need someone in my life of all they do for me is lie and manipulate me for their own personal goals. I have goals too and want to accomplish those while I am on this planet. Life is too short to be caught up in others’ goals and never attempt any of your own.

Number 5

People who judge others before judging themselves

This is something that I have ZERO tolerance for. If your going to have the audacity to judge someone that you don’t even know or how there day went without even taking the time to look in the mirror, then you are SELFISH. If you catch yourself judging others, stop and look at your own life and see if something needs to be fixed. Then and ONLY then can you consider it. Personally, I would never judge anyone no matter the situation as I just do not know that much about their life.
