There are things we enjoy more, others less. Most things or events are the ones that remain indifferent to us. You can read this article and be even more relaxed and realize that you can enjoy life more than usual.

Many things make us happy. We like it and we don't care if others find it weirder. We can enjoy a smile, we can enjoy a card game, we can enjoy a beautiful song or a game of chess. Each with his little madness or small pleasures belongs to each of us. These little joys make our lives more beautiful. There are many things we want. For many of us, the things we don't have but want, make us unhappy.

Some things cannot be changed, but many things can be changed. What I propose to you is neither to change nor to remain the same. I suggest you change the angle from which you look at the things that are indifferent to you. The daily routine, not for nothing is called routine, grinds you the most. I suggest that you look at everything that happens to you through the lens of joy. You can look at it with a little humor because it will make you even happier and you will have a positive mood. Enjoy everything that happens to you even when it is part of your daily routine! Rejoice when you see a child laughing or going to a movie! Rejoice when you drink juice! A juice costs a dollar, and millions of people live in the world for less than a dollar a day! Rejoice when you hear that something good has happened to a friend! Rejoice from the heart and tell him this. Enjoy the moment when someone hugs you! Live the moment to the fullest! Enjoy the sunlight and the sunrise, enjoy the green around you! Admire yourself every time you do a good thing! It's not enough to work, you have to be happy to have the opportunity to work, there are millions of people who can't find a job. Rejoice in the morning because a new day is coming in which you can enjoy every moment, hundreds of people go to bed in the evening, and in the morning they do not wake up! Rejoice that you have friends, maybe some of them even deserve the status of friends! Rejoice when you see someone smiling, there is a reason they are happy. When you get home in the evening, think about the things that made you happy. Try to see through the lens of joy everything that happens to you. You may feel that it is worth enjoying. Envy kills joy. Enjoy the good of another and try to learn from him! Rejoice that you have someone to learn from!

You can still enjoy something permanent. You can rejoice that you can enjoy everything permanently. Plus, you might not be born. Rejoice that you exist, that you breathe, that you see, and that you feel! The things that are indifferent to you are the things that can make you happy, you just have to accept that these things make you happy. Use the lens of joy and smile, and occasionally use the lens of humor. Have fun that things are one way and not another. Sometimes it's not good to take things too seriously. Before you take things seriously, smile! People often take themselves too seriously and become ridiculous. Enjoy life and work.

The good news is that you can use the lens of joy for free. You gain a good mood, a better mood. And just as a bad thing never comes alone, so no good thing ever comes alone. Joy will bring with it another joy, and a smile will bring another smile. Live the moment and enjoy! You can feel now and see that even small things can be reasons for joy. Try this a few times and you will slowly get used to it. Maybe you're wondering what's the point? It has a purpose, namely to be happy first of all with what you have and to want what you have. You may want what you don't have, but first of all, enjoy what you have.
